Does anyone have a problem if I use Jamaica as the base for my nation ?
Unless "Jamica" is some other nation, it's Jamaica. And beyond that, I don't care because I don't know you.

You can choose anywhere real or fictional as a base for your nation (even if somone else is alreadyusing it) :)
And if anyone has a problem with it you can just ignore them :p

This solves the geography problem.
Now I know wether to come by land or by sea.
Sea it is.
I have no clue what my territory actually looks like, I share an area with about twenty other nations, I have lush forests (jungle) and a coastline that has two cities on it.
I also control a small island of our coast, it is kindof like Midway Island.
