Open Proclamation to the World:
For many years the slave trade in the Guilds has been very much one way, we have imported many millions (hundreds) units of human material through the expedience and dealings of our Corporations, most specifically the Greater Britannia Corporation. We would like to thank them and their co-corporations as well as the Imperial Guilder Military for their help in attaining the human material required by the Guild Economy.
Now in recognition of all those fine nations, who have supplied unwillingly or willingly with the units of human material our economy requires. We are opening up the Grand Imperial Slave Market in Vas Urbs to non-Guilder buyers and sellers, we will be willing to accept those with an open mind and the correct moral fabric for this trade. We will accept their contributions gladly and earnestly hope they make significant profits or excellent purchases at the Grand Imperial Slave Market.
As for acquiring a permit for travel in the underground cities of Terrania our home, we ask that each permit be applied for your nation’s Foreign Service or by approaching an Imperial Guild Embassy or Diplomatic Staff.
The details we required would be minimal, but we ask that any sellers make sure their units of human material are in good health as they will be subject to quarantine testing. Should any dangerous diseases be found in the human material the entire batch will be confiscated until such time as the threat is contained and the disease or the individual concerned eliminated. Sellers should also be aware that they must inform the buyer should they ask of any potential problems with the merchandise truthfully and honestly or they shall forfeit diplomatic immunity and be punished via 50 lashes at the pole.
Buyers are free to do as they wish, but may report any concerns to any Knights of Saint Peter enforcement personnel so that they can be investigated in a proper and timely fashion. We also ask that should any outside transport be required for transportation that it be arranged with Guild Administrative personnel as soon as it is known, we will not grant permission for any military or suspicious aircraft/ships in this. Should anything happen we will take it as a hostile stance by the nation concerned and will deal it accordingly.
We hope that you enjoy the Market and make many fine sales/purchases there.
