Under the Paramilitary Act of 2456 the creation of a proffesional mercenary and assasins guild was made by Emperor Shadaum IV. After its creation the Guild quickly took control of its own funding and presented itself to the international community. Now no longer under Thrashian control the Guild has become a private company rest stop for bodyguards, mercs, and assassins who wish to take on jobs.

McCarty Brothers weapons and capabilites:

Jim McCarty is the younger of the two brothers, but is also the brains. He had training with the Thrashian Army as well as being a personal guard for 7 years. His specialty weapon is pistol and has a wide variety of them. His favourite and most deadly is the Caster. The Caster was made some 70 years before in small quantities by a small private arms manufacturer in the Thrashian Mais System. The Caster itself has several different types of bullets. Type #1's are the deadliest, when fired it creates a highly concentrated energy ball before the mussel then explodes accuretly into a single beam some 5x5 meters in diameter at the intended target. No metal has thus far been shown to stop it, some energy shields have shown some but most have been over powered by the type #1. The Type #8 is similar, once the trigger is pulled it creates another highly concentrated energy ball before it then proceeds to form three small beams 1x1 ft in diameter that will seek the intended target in a heat seeker missile fashion. Besides the Caster Jim is skilled with a range of smaller pistol, laser and projectile, which he carries will him always. Jim also carries two small energy shields emitters in his gloves. with it he can deflect most small arms fire for short periods of time, enough to move.

Rob McCarty, the older of the brothers. Several years ago during a weapons test for the Thrashian military his entire body was charred by 1st degree burns causing his skin to melt in most places. Afterwards doctors managed to save his life and bandaged his entire body. But when discharged he hired a weapons scientist to encase his body within a military mecha. He has been thus for over 10 years. The mecha is of Quantum armor and has a shielding capabily close to matching a space cruiser. His main weapon has always been machine guns. His also has a great love of explosives, even if they caused his condition. With the mecha skin and his weapons which could not be carried by a normal human Rob is a very capable killer.


IC Spade, reply to Lord Paris:

The entry docks to the space port were busy with activity as the new shipment of depleted uranium came in, as well as the food supplies for the port. A dock manager set down his radio and looked out over the team fo men unloading the ships. "Hey Jason! Got a phone call for yea!"

A tall sweating shirtless man came out of a piece of machinery and walked to the shift boss. He handed the phone over. Jason put the phone to his ear.

"Spade, this is Danek Teel. Got a job for you." Spade looked up at his boss.

'Hey boss, gotta go, my mothers sick."

"Again, poor woman, give her my best regards. Just be sure to be back by Wensday? Got it?" Spade nodded and walked out of the docking bay and into the port. Small shops with their doors open were sending out smells of food, machinery, and people. Spade walked into a side alley and up to a back wall. He counted down three bricks then five more over, then pressed. The brick went into the wall. A click sounded and the entire wall sunk into itself and then shifted sideways revealing a passage. Spade entered and closed the door.

He walked a few yards then came into a metal hallway with several locked doors. He walked foreward and took the first on the right. He pressed in the lock code and entered. Within was a large screen with a computer consol at its feet. Spade took the chair and sat down at the chair in front of the consol. He pressed a few buttons and then the screen came on. Danek Teel's face showed up.

"Fast as ever Spade. I got a good one for you. Lord Paris, a High Lord of the Council of Twelve of Transylvania, fancy name huh, would like to hire you for the assassination of the leader of the Empire of Jamum. Usual requirements, says he'll pay you half now then half after the jobs done."

"Tell him the price is $15,000,000 and I will take it up front or else he can find another assassin."

"Right-o Spade. Be back with an answer in 24 hours." Danek Teel's image disapeared from the screen. Spade leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes.

Spade checked his account balance, and saw it had raised by 15 mil. He nodded and looked back up to Danek Teel's image. "Thats all Teel, thanks."

"No problem Spade, I have full faith in you. And dont fail me. Those chumps on the Council, your clients, think they will make the entire guild a luaghing stock if you fail."

"Ah well. Break a leg." Teel's face disapeared off screen. Spade exited the comm room and went back out into the metal hallway. He walked down a few more doors then stopped at one on the left, he palmed in the lock combination.

Spade stepped into his armoury. Pistols ad sub machine guns of all types and shapes lined the wall. In the center was a manican stand with Spades shield cloak and armor hanging on it. He suited up then stood in front of the pistol.

He took his Lyman, two .60mm Lujaar Pistols, and several Flash and Smoke grenades. With that he went out and walked back to the end of the hallway. Opened up the doorway to the alley and was gone.

No, we were going to kill Jamum for the Farmina thing not anything to do with this, although if I do find out IC he can expect his entire nation exterminated... in a nice friendly way ofc.

Spade listened as Danek told him the details. He nodded and took it all in. "SO they want me to go after the McCarty Brothers..."

Danek's face on the screen grimanced. "Seems that way. They're offering the same amount as you asked for last time."

"Send back 14.5 mil back to them. The rest I will keep as fee for wasting my time. Assassins do not hunt assassins, those government bastards should try to think through things like this. If they want the McCarty brothers stopped or killed, you'd need an army. And while I might be able to take out one...theres always the other brother. So tell them to stuff their money where their mouth is and find someone else."

Danek nodded solemly and logged off. Spade closed down the computer and walked back into the hallway. He sighed and went back and opened the door to the alley, stepped into the street and went back to the dock to continue his days work.

After getting the message back from Danek Teel. The Council of Twelve laughed their asses off. After a hour of laughing, Count JWolf sent a message to Danek Teel.

We hire Spade because we thought he was the best your guild could offer. If he need allies, we would have hired them to work will him. And one more thing, assassins do hunt other assassins. Just think, what if one of your assassins was guarding a VIP and other one of your assassins is hire to kill that VIP. What are they going to do? Go have a beer and not do they job. I think not. Assassins, mercenaries, hit men and bodyguards all do their job for the money and if they don't do their job, they don't get paid. You don't need an army to take out the McCarty Brothers. All you need is two or three more people with you and no more McCarty Brothers. Tell Spade, that we will hire Bain and Epoc to help him with the McCarty Brothers.

OOC: It would not start a civil war. All it would do would have one killed assassin because he had false passports and other papers.

My embassy got attack by the Red Dragons. So, really the nation is not on red-alert but Epoc would still be shot on site.
