Premier Robert Barker of The Grand Alliance has just announced that The Grand Alliance would hold a summit meeting with Communist Brazil's Raul Lage Chavez inside regional capital of Moscow.
CNN will have more updates concerning this announcement.

The jet landed only minutes after the announcement at the Moscow International Airport. It was well received as the small private jet, clearly marked with the insignia of the PCPB and designated as a diplomatic envoy. Surronding it as soon as the press were allowed were the Yugoslavitan and foreign implaced Brasilian journalists waiting for a glimpse of the Prime Minister.

As it opened, first was the energetic Director and wife to the Prime Minister, Felipe Guadalupe Sano de Chavez. She smiled as she walked down the stairs, wearing a long, conservative outfit for the occassion. A little down, she turned as the older Prime Minister stood out, waving as the flashes came. He seemed burdened by his age as he came down, but as soon as he stepped on the solid ground, he jumped up with more energy as he exchanged words with his wife.

They seemed to shy away from the reporter's questions and attempted to make their way to the Yugoslavitanian officials.

Prime Minister Chavez and his wife walked toward Premier Robert Barker whom was clad in a military uniform shook hands with both of them,and began to walk down the red carpeted path toward the line of large,sleek,and black cars which composed the motorcade.Barker said to the Prime Minister,"Welcome to The Grand Alliance and to Yugoslavitania",in a deep russian accented voice.At the same time,The Grand Army Band and Choir played the Grand Alliance regional anthem accompanied by an armed honor guard.

The Prime Minister,his wife,and The Premier stepped inside one the three limosines,and closed the door.Barker said,''My Government and people are eager to become friends and allies with your great nation and people".
When the motorcade stopped in front of the Presidium,an ontourage of cameras and reporters were ready to receive footage of The Premier welcoming Prime Minister Chavez and his wife.The Premier stepped out,followed by the Prime Minister and his wife,to be welcomed by cheers of the people.The Press and cameras received footage of The Prime minister and his wife and of the Premier walking inside the Presidium.

As they entered the building, Felipe was the first to speak.

"It is truly a pleasure, Mr. Barker. We are taking a new position in the world. We are a very young nation by standards, we have only existed for little more than thirty years since our independence from Portugal. We are already a nuclear power, though we have not invested heavily into weapon technology.

But what we may not understand so well is your nation. Perhaps you could tell us much more, so we could have a much better understanding of your nation. Even further, if you wish, we can tell you about our nation, proud Brazil."

The Prime Minister smiled and intervened.

"Though we don't want to intrude. We can get directly to business if wanted."

The Grand Alliance Premier began to tell Mr. Chavez about The Grand Alliance and Yugoslavitania,The Grand Alliance is a region of 23 allied communist nations and is growing.The Grand Alliance has pacts and agreements of alliance with more than 6 different regions including China and that number is also increasing.The Grand Alliance has for some time,been pursuing diplomatic relations with Latin American nations including Mexico and Cuba.But,on a Mexico agreement,no response has been made by the Mexican government and with Cuba,Cuba refused to take part in any agreement,the reason being that they did not need any military help or economic help.I as the Grand Government are very happy to see that a Latin American nation is willing to become allies with us.The Grand Alliance has went into international politics and in light of the recent establishment of an anti-communist organization by a group of capitalist nations,The Grand has been and is taking extraordinary measures and unprecedented steps along with its allies to counter this capitalist threat upon communist interests.Among these steps,a new organization called COMINTERN,or Communism International, has been created.In this,Communist nations and regions unite as one alliance integrating all the economic,technological,and military efforts of these communist nations and combine these efforts.I as The Grand government,are hoping your nation will join this organization.A new organization,known as The UCN,or United Communist Nations,is a communist version of The U.N.I will explain that later,along with some matters of military importance,but let us get on to business,oh,yes,would the two of you like something to drink?Coffee?Soda?

The Prime Ministers wife glanced to him and then politely declined a drink. The Prime Minister began to speak.

"The ComIntern of old, from the old days of the party line and of the revolutionary elite, we see as somewhat unnecesarry. We have realized that Moscow, during those days, subverted through the Leninist model the organization to centralize their own thinly veiled imperialist notions. We are slightly cautious of what we will do, as we consider greatly these alliances.

This is not to discourage you, but generally, the PCPB would regard a new 'ComIntern' with suspicion."

Felipe soon began to speak after the Prime Minister was done.

"In our dossier, we see that you threatened to join South Korea, a noted capitalist power that oppressed the workers through government intervention, against the DPRK when they attempted to reunify Korea.

While it is debated whether it would be Communist or Capitalist Korea that would reunify Korea, considering that the people of Korea cry out for reunification, why did you pledge support for the Capitalist over the Communist?"

The Premier began to answer those questions:"The Grand Alliance involvement in Korea is work to encourage a communist revolution.In fact the Grand Alliance supports North Korea and wants to overthrow the capitalist South Korea from the inside.By doing that,we make a clearing and an opportunity for North Korea to mobilize the KPA (Korean People's Army) to put the finishing touches on the South Korean military and government and ultimately reunify the Korean Peninsula.At the moment,no military assistance is being given to South Korea and none will be given.The Grand Alliance helps a region called ''Korea".The Grand Alliance works to promote world-wide revolution.I hope that these matters won't ruin any chances of our two nations being allies.A new COMINTERN would not be used to control anyone or advocate imperialism.The Grand alliance supports a communist government in control of a united Korea and as of this time does not support a capitalist South Korea.I do hope that these issues will not ruin chances for our two nations to become allies.This morning,I would like you to meet General Adam Hogan,Marshal of Regional Armed Forces.The Grand Alliance wants to explain its military power to you given that you asked about The Grand Alliance and Yugoslavitania.The Grand Alliance would like to give any military or economic aid that you request.I would like to explain COMINTERN a little more later.I hope that your visit has been a pleasant one.If any thing is wrong,please don't hesitate to say so."

The Premier added,"You will get to meet The President,hopefully if he isn't to busy.

The Prime Minister nodded attentively.

"We did not realize from the situation the intent. This was not made plain to us, so understand our misunderstanding. Are there any preliminary issues you would wish to discuss before we begin the official order of business?"

The Premier responded:"I completely understand your misunderstanding.This afternoon,you will get to meet President Washburn.He continued,"This morning's official business will consist of a discussion of an alliance bewteen The Grand Alliance and Communist Brazil,and the terms of that alliance,military and economic assistance guaranteed under the alliance benefiting both sides,Communist Brazil's possible membership in COMINTERN and the UCN United Communist Nations and information about both organizations,and what is better about the COMINTERN of today and we will dicusss anything else you wish to discuss.This way,you will get fair,indepth,and precise information from all sides,angles,and views,and perspectives."

"Then let's get to it!"

The Premier began:"An alliance between the Grand Alliance and Communist Brazil would consist of economic aid of some 300 million dollars,and military aid consisting of help in uranium enrichment,centrifuge and nuclear weapons development,the sale of missile technology such as selling missiles already built and and helping enrich a missile program,and providing other military hardware(aircraft,tanks,ships,submarines,).And enriched trade is also on the table.
