One Million Troops To Be Raised

As if the Tocrowkian Army(6 Million) wasnt big enough, the Goverment has ordered one Million men and women to be raised, some will come from Tocrowkia, some from it's colonys and puppets, but we are defiantly getting a million new troops!
What these troops are for...no one knows!
(Note: I am just announcing these troops. They havent been trained yet.)
