Colonel Jeff Franklin has authorized plans to have elections for Sel Appa's first elected leader. Several candidates have stepped up to take the position of Chancellor on April 1. After this election, the Chancellor will select a team of advisors to help right a new constitution. The constitution is slated to be done by April 15. At this point, several politically active people will simplify the constitution so it can be voted on easily. The voting will take place sometime after it is finished and must take place before April 30. The constitution will be divided up to be simplified by several people. This will hopefully keep it unbiased.
