INTRODUCTION
For the past centuries, the landforms that made up the Omzian Republic had been the part of a vast empire, until a series of rebellions in the late 19th century, which secured the independence of the Omzian republic. Following a series of civil conflcits and coups, the Omzian nation has moved from an early democratic government, to a nationalist dictatorship, and eventually into the state of a large civil war, which ended the rule of the nationalist dictatorship and gave birth to a new government institution led by Hongaz Omazee.

Thus, in the past 60 years, the Omzian Democratic Republic is a large landform in the region of Haven, with a large population in urban and rural areas alike. Featuring a large industrial sector and a powerful economy in general, the Republic has transformed from an authoritative socialist government to a fully democratic governing institution. In the recent decades the Republic has been the subject of a large-scale invasion, in addition to its resultant of the Omzian Homeland Defence War, but in later years the Omzian government began to move towards better ties with individual allies, in addition to strengthening the Omzian defence forces, and retain its neutrality in large conflicts around the globe due to the pullout from large military alliances.

An Exhibition of Omzian Flags, Military Markings, and Art of Heraldry

The Omzian National Flag (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omzflag.png)

The Omzian Roundel (Displayed on Aircraft) (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omzairid.png)
The Omzian Roundel is displayed on all Omzian military aircraft, both rotary and fixed wing, manned or unmanned, at all times. This serves as a distinct identification for Omzian Air Force (and National Air Guard and Air Militia) aircraft, Omzian Naval Aviation aircraft (including those belonging to Naval Infantry and Carrier Aviation), and the Omzian Army Aviation Corps. On ground vehicles however, the standard Omzian national flag is displayed as an identification.

The Omzian Naval Ensign, Dakarie Year 56 Edition (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omznavyensign.png)
The Omzian Naval Ensign, a military maritime flag, is exhibited at the stern of all Omzian naval warships in the Omzian Navy, Omzian Guard Fleet, and the Omzian Coast Guard (the latter is in wartime only). It is flown when the vessel is departing from or arriving at a harbour, when sailing through non-Omzian waters, in ceremonies, and most importantly, in battle.

The Omzian Navy Jack, Dakarie Year 53 Edition (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omznavyjack.png)
The Omzian Naval Jack, another military maritime flag, is displayed at the bow of selected Omzian warships. Under the Omzian Military Justice Code, Navy Regulations; and under the Omzian maritime laws, the Naval Jack can only be flown either in ceremonies, by any warship; or flown in battle, only by the flagship of a naval task force.

The Omzian Army Battle Flag, Dakarie Year 86 Edition (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omzbattle.png)
The Omzian Army Battle Flag is a special flag flown in the times of battle on the front lines. under the Omzian Military Justice Code, Army and National Guard Regulations, the flag is to be flown in battle on tanks by spearheading armoured forces (usually the lead tanks of an Armoured Cavalry Regiment) leading a Corps mechanized formation or higher, in a large-scale tactical-level or strategic-level operation and movement. For the Honour Guard, it is to be flown by the leading armoured units of a divisional formation and up. It can also be flown in battle by both tanks and infantry when engaging a tactical target of high importance as well.
The flag does not apply to the militia; furthermore, in homeland defence duty on Omzian soil, the Omzian Militia Battle Flag is flown instead on Omzian Army and National Guard vehicles.

The Omzian Militia and Homeland Defence Battle Flag, Dakarie Year 86 (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/Omz222/omzmilitia.png)
This battle flag is flown by the militia in times of war, which means that it will be often flown such way when defending the Omzian homeland against foreign assaults. Thus, in homeland defence duty the flag can also replace the standard Army battle flag for both Army and National Guard units. Elements of the People's Armed Police, when assisting in the duty as light infantry, can also fly this battle flag.

New Omzian Rank Insignia Shoulder Tabs, 2nd Edition
Note: Recently created, this new series of shoulder tabs refines upon the original set (OOC: and I've also improved this vastly in terms of geometrical accuracy, equal measurements, etc.), with minor modifications such as the inclusion of a new "square diamond" and the modification of the officer cadet's insignia. Consequently, collar tabs is to be abolished for dress uniform. On the field and in combat however, shoulder insignia will not always be worn, and in such instances it will be replaced by a relatively simple collar tab.

Omzian Military Rank
Omzian Rank System, Fifth Edition
Introduction: The Omzian military rank system, heavily based on a combination of American and British styles of ranking, was introduced following the Homeland Defence War to abolish the older Soviet style rankings, while the second edition utilized a series of new rankings for Air Force personnel. The third edition, focusing on officer and warrant offier ranks, expanded upon the second edition. The fifth edition was a minor rendition that changed some of the names, responsibilities, and pays of certain ranks. As with all other Omzian ranks, pay grade directly reflects the power and privileges that one may hold along with his rank.

Insignia: With the third edition of the military insignia, the collar-worn tabs are now replaced with the shoulder tabs. A complete new design is also used, receiving praises from many Omzian enlisted personnel and officers for its simplicity and ease of recongition in combat situations.

Well, to be frank, I don't want to be too exclusive and neither do I want to create hard feelings for anyone who considers me as an ally. So as of the moment, I refuse to do one based on the notion of fairness :p

But you are one of my allies, given that you are in Woodstock anyways. The Omzian Forces will not liberate Space Union, you can be guarenteed.
