President Lunphi listened to the outrageous demands of this 'Niol'. He looked at Vice-President Solarima and they said at the same time (amazingly, as the President is a Liberal and VP Solarima a Conservative): "I.G.N.O.R.E. Cannon"
The newly built cannon extended out of an old farmhouse in New Pennsylvania, and then fired at Niol.
