*The Lord of Inherent Vengeance looked up from the Dossier before Him with a smile. Turning to His Minister of Defense He nods, then asks* "How long until the mobile mechs are fully operational?"
"Two and a half weeks" comes the reply
*Caeric raises His eyebrows in pleasant surprise* "That short? How?"
"My Lord, we have set all engineering and machining crews to the task, production on all other weaponry, even on basic machinery has stopped temporarily until we get the Mechs operational." the Minister continues "The are outfitted with state of the art computer systems with basic compensation AI, nothing too advanced. All parts are made of a titanium alloy mixed with Vengeum, the new metal discovered on our western coast. It is quite strong, repelling 45% of bullets and taking minor to intermediate damage from the rest. The Mechs stand 8 feet tall and around 4 feet across, with a tensilary weight of 4 tons, so they are good for transport and fighting. We are working on a workhorse model with a tensilary of 50 tons, it will move slower but it will do the job!" *The Minister of Defense smiles, knowing that His Lord is pleased. The Lord nods for him to finish* "In closing M'Lord Caeric, the Mechs will be an advanced weapon, capable of long distance, blitzkreig, seige and terrained warfares, with a max payload similar to most jets and tanks. I think this was your best decision*

OOC, note this is a private conversation, I am posting this so Inherent Vengeance can have record of Military strength...in order for other Nations to find out about our new Mech technology they will have to send spies into the Center of Inherent Vengeance to a Class 13 (Super Secure) facility. :)

As a local spy force heard about the development of Mechanized battle machines, he felt their task was delusional. Not only is it impossible as there is little info on ninja but also how can an economy of a new nation sustain both reasearch and development while maintaining an acceptable quality of life in their nation without. They decided to seek permission from the prime minister who military has plenty of advanced machines.

Meanwhile back at the HQ of Septimus Corporation, a email was received by the developer of the department, Kevin Mancharro. Interested in spreading the mechanized machine production he offers to head to their nation to help fund and develop mechanized battle machines for them.

OOC: Vengeance dont say mecha, try to use the long term of the word. Also by trying to create mecha or train ninjas at such an early such as this is considered godmoding so you have to be careful or nobody is going to rp with you.

OOC)) I have a nation of 36 million people...each paying approximately 51 percent of their money (or more) in taxes. This is just according to My nations Dossier. Ergo, if the middle class make 1200 a week, I make approximately 600. Times that by a workforce of approximately 20 million and I have approximately 12 billion Platinum Justices Weekly. Saying the Justice has a 5:1 rate to the US Dollar (or the standard currency) thats still almost 2.2 billion in revenue weekly. So, its not Godmoding it's truthful economics. Last I checked, Inherent Vengeance was making inroads into Uranium mining, which gives us plenty of nuclear power. So, when I say we are creating Mechs (or Mechanized Battle Machines) it's not impossible.

OOC:True to that but Ninja documents prove a difficult find, unless your leader is born into a clan or have a family heirloom that has ninja training scrolls/ manuals then the ninja training is not considered a godmod. Believe me it takes one godmoding item to destroy your rp reputation.
