Background: It is the 20th day on the disease breakout. The spreading disease, known as 'Istu', spreads when the affect human is thrown up on another human. Any food contact with each other will make this disease. The disease causes people to try to kill other people. 3 million are infected and are now Hawaiian Islands' citizens are trying to eliminate them.

IC:

Roger, this is Alpha 6, we are 64 people with us. Alpha 6 group radios the Refuge Safety Center. Roger, a Troop Crawler, armed and ready, will be sent to where they are and transport them back to our base. Replies the Safety Center. Roger that. Jason, in his office, sweats heavily as new updates arrive. "20 infected, 12 saved. 78 infected, 65 saved." the news updater says as new reports give out. "134 infected, 12 saved." Shit. says Jason. We need International Aid on this. Jason picks up the phone in his office and calls the Foreign Minister. We need some International Aid.

Taking heavy fire, enemy spotted. NEED BACKUP another radio comes in the HQ. Roger that. Backup is sent. Irwin, the commander for Phij Army Base, looks for commandments. "Sir," a telegramer tells Irwin, "All troops are active, we can't send anymore backup." Irwin says: "Well, find some way to find some. Infact, call the City National Guard. I'm sure they have something." The telegramer radios for County National Guard and other aid: This is Phij Army Base, our armies is all active and cannot get any more backup. We have no open soldiers. We request aid.
