The Deltan Empire's shipyards are now authorized to repair any foreign naval vessel that requests aid. If your ship or fleet has damage, then they can put in any Deltan shipyard. All crews are then welcome as tourists until repairs are complete. Ships can be repaired even while a nation is at war. The Deltan Empire doesn't consider this taking sides, as both enemys can get repaired here. If to enemy nations' ships are being repaired, they must observe a cease-fire while in Deltan waters. Contact the Delta Refit Yards for docking clearence and repair costs. All are welcome!
