[OOC: I would be interested. But I would like to know more of what you wish to do. Would there be resolutions and such? This would be a very worthwhile project.]

OOC: Yes, there would be security resolutions and resolutions like the United Nations.

Can't really help you, since I am one of the people you most likely go after IC.

But you have my OOC support, since a UN would make this game a little more fun in some respects, although I would remind you that the Pretana Panel (sp?), which is part of the NS UN is trying to take an active role by persecuting Belem for genocide.

Perhaps you could have a security council made up of representatives or the leaders from the major alliances or something?

A very interesting idea. I'm interested in being involved, if your CN would accept a Monarchy (we have high levels of participation in Government decisions by the citizens, though) within its ranks. (Take a look at this (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Falasturian_Government) page if you want an understanding of how my Government works, but it's not really that interesting...)

OOC: The RL UN is absolutely full of dictatorships Fal, so don't worry. Iraq is a founding member. Anyway, I don't think I'd be interested in this personally, as it will encroach on my sovereignty, but good luck with it anyway, as it should provide a nice RP aspect.

OOC: That would probably be somewhere where we could differ from the UN... no substantial sovereignty encroachment, but a little on certain issues that demand such an event.

If you're too weak, you end up like the League of Nations did, but if you encroach on soverignty, you get the UN in a different set of clothes.

IC: While we are interested in possibly establishing diplomatic relations with individual members of the Coalition of Nations, Sarzonia shall not seek to join at this time.

OOC: If you encroach on sovereignty, Im not interested. If you don't encroach on sovereignty then your organisation is meaningless unless you want it to become yet another mutual defence alliance.
