Earth TR
Earth TR (Or ETR) is a totally different Earth. One thing is that you will notice that the word "Earth" is not colored red. That is becouse it is so unique it is no longer an "Original" Earth.

Rules

1. You must follow all claim regulations, and with that, all requests by administration or moderaters. In the event that a moderater or an administrator abuses his or her power, notify Truitt or Risban admediatly, even if it is a small problem. No one is "above the law," including Truitt and Risban themselves (Or any other "authority figure").
2. When making claims and updates, use the cia factbook, located at C.I.A. Factbook (http://cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/index.html), and use that. Further information on your ETR Statistics are in the said section.
3. Any false statements (As in France's population is 540 million for example's sake) can result in claim revoking, voiding of latest annexation/war, and/or suspending from ETR.
4. Multiearthing is allowed, but is not. Due to ETR being so unique, ETR is litterally, its own universe. Other Earths, such as Earth II, III, and so on, are totally different. Nations, instead of claimming lands, can invade from an "Alternate Universe" for game's sake to stake claims that way. In order to allow for fair game, you must not interact Earths and regular NationStates. If there is a war in regular NS, than in ETR you could be the most pacifist state in the world, and vise versa.
5. Alliances, organizations, and pacts are all strictly nation-ran, and thus can be corrupted. Some organizations may get big, as an ETR United Nations may form, or a World Trade Organization, and make their own private threads and/or forums. These forums and threads are not regulated by ETR Moderaters or Adminstration.
6. Nuclear weapons are a hot debate, and to allow a fair game, there are limitations to allow for good RolePlay and a good enviroment. Nuclear weapons (Fission and Fusion) are limited to only five (5) charges capable of yields over 12MT (Megatons). Nuclear weapons below that yield range are allowed, but use of them can cause international recoil and even have allies turn agenst you, expecially if they are used in mass amounts. Most who use mass amounts will even suffer coups and/or coalitions.
7. Biological and Chemical weapons are almost as big as Nuclear weapons. These must also be used sparingly. Biological and Chemical weapons will be treated as the same, and weapons are only allowed to be used in even smaller amounts than that of Nuclear arms. It is not set at a limitation, but such use could be as dangerous as nuclear uses.
8. In the event that a nation quits or leaves ETR, than the land can not be given to others for annexation. They are simply evacuated and treated as anarchy. If a nation decides to leave and wishes to give its land to other players, than it must do so in a RolePlay that is more simple than "We give our land to that guy."
9. After a month of inactivity, all nations will have their claims on a week "Warnning Period" at which a Telegram will be sent noting them or their inactivity. A week after the Warnning Period begins and the Telegram was sent, if no Telegram was replied than their claims are automatically sent into anarchy and they must reclaim them. They are then fair game, and no longer theirs.

ETR Statistics

With a new new type of Earth is a new type of organization. Each nation will get their own part under NationStates about their nation. It will have their nations, if wholes, that they own, their ETR Population, or NS population plus all claimed nations' populations, and ETR Government, or your government in ETR.

Rules 2 and 3 in the Rules section are very important roles in the ETR Statistics.

Claims

Here is a list (Your NS Population will be used) of what you can get. If you are barely less than an entire nation, or only claim an extreme small percentage of a nation, than it will be rounded to fill or remove. Half-claimmed nations are allowed. 1/4-claimmed nations are the smallest allowed before being rounded down and 3/4-claimmed nations are the largest before being rounded up.

All figures are in square kilometers (sq km) and territorial claims do not include territories that are not yet annexed.

To begin, fill out the following form with as much information as you can (Nations Claimmed should be the only thing you can not fully fill). How many nations can you claim? Would my current NS population be suffice to be incharge of both Canada and the United States?

I know my population is enough for USA, Canada, and a lot of Mexico. USA's current population is over 200 m...

But, yeah, you're bigger than what it would take to fill Canada.

That doesnt sound like a threating at all. It is a statement. Of course but also remember only really the southern parts of Canada are the populated areas.

Given the popularity of the United States of America, and its size, one would not be able to claim the entire country. However, one can claim all of Canada.

Now, Truitt's the real brains behind all this. I just said "we should make a new earth" and he's the one who did all the hard work. Heh. Thus, he will have the final decision on this (seeing as he is the one who updates the claims post anyways).

Okay. I think I know what you are lost at. I'll give you an example of what to do:
1. Check CIA World Factbook (link in first post)
2. Find country you want-- Check out population and nation size.
3. Fill out application.
4. Add the RL population of the nation you want to your nation's population.
5. If you're nice, you'll save Truitt the trouble and do your size too.

EX:

However, I don't see any problem why we can't let you stay at 100 million. Of course, if you were to suddenly enter a conflict, you can't claim that you have the 410 million estimate.

However, I don't see any problem why we can't let you stay at 100 million. Of course, if you were to suddenly enter a conflict, you can't claim that you have the 410 million estimate.

I tend to see things realistic and it's very hard to control 410 032 375 million inhabitants in real life.

Bumping, just a standard procedure

Wow Risban, did not notice you got this so understandively. And yes, that large of a population is extremely hard to control, and thus, is why I also included that sertain acts could cause coups and rebelions, so on. If you go on acting like "A perfect little union" myself or Risban will ask you politely to have some type of problem to keep it real and fair.

Doing the updates now, maps to be updated soon also.

Now, as to China, Russia, United States, and all those big nations. Like I said, the mods (myself and Risban) can regulate and shorten claims how we see right. The nations I listed, like any nation, can be broken into fractions of 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, or 3/4. Nothing more or less to give it an easy percentage to take away from the nation's population and size.

Also, I changed the regestration form with an added selection, and also have placed a copy of it at the bottom of the thread post for easy copy/pasteing.

Sorry. You can get all of Canada and a small portion of the USA. Then, later on, you can RP expanding into various other sections of the North American continent.

You are to add your claimmed population with your NS one, so you really are at 46,647,529. Also, as I mentioned, only sertain fractions of nations are allowed to be claimmed. Since you said 26%, it has been lowered to 25% (1/4).

However, I can't approve yet. We'll have to wait on Truitt for this one. According to the Size Limits, a nation your size (ETR pop included) shouldn't have more than 50,000 sq. kilometers. We'll wait and see wait Truitt says.

Some nations are exceptions. Like Germany or USA may count as more important than Siberia or Iceland. Finland is one of those less-counting nations, since it is mainly baren and not really a popular nation, either, dispite beign in Europe.

Mr. Finland over here is accepted. I am making the claism update now, along with map updates (gets ready for Hell to do it).
