They haven't noticed the Nation States world is run by a series of large and mostly insane nations, who would squash them like a bug if they noticed, could be bothered or the n00b could RP without being taught a lot.

Don't worry, the idea of taking over the world will do one of two things:

#1. It will fade away when you realize it is impossible
#2. It will be beaten out of you if you try to do anything about it.
