On the massive Holy city, the Hierarchs debated on wheather war should be declared on these people or not. The debate was held and as the Hierarchy had hoped, the Black Sun Fleet would be used. They would lead primary assaults on the Surface of the planet. The Skyhook would not see this battle. The reasons for war were kept in shadow and the Fleet commanders were on a strct Need to Know Basis. It seemed that there was coruption in one of the Three hierarchs. Who was corrupted, was yet to be revealed. The main reason given was that these people would need to be "Brought into line." It had seemed that they were radicals and nutcases who were nuts about war.
Secretly, the prophet of Regret had tapped into dark powers. He begn to become stronger, but his strength had a fatal flaw. He began to hear voices, and these voices were what had told him to gain control of as much territory as possible. He used his dark powers to control the minds of the other hierarchs and the Counsel. Upon the last telepathic incursion by the dark forces, he had met with his master. A Sith lord, with an unknown name or origin had caused the Hierarchs to act as they did. The entire Azurbajanian Imperial Armada became nothing but chess pieces on a galactic chessboard.
