Nomaadian astronomers have located a new planet, they dubbed Teratzo in honor of the late Czar of Nomaadia. The planet is very much like earth, except there is no intelligent life. In fact, the only life that has sustained on the planet is plant life and small micro-bacteria and other micro-organisms. The planet is very temperate, in fact, on both sides of the poles, it is slightly warmer than the poles on earth. The planet is about the size of the earth, and Nomaadia has set small colonies and research stations on the planet. The planet is very rich in uranium and steel deposits, and has very fertile soil.
Nomaadia is willing to sell pieces of this land for great prices.
