***OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PUSHKA***
Nation of Pushka will provide as many resources as needed to any nation or an organization that designs a nuclear, attack submarine for use in Pushkan navy. This is a competition, the best design will get the funding and the long term partnership with the nation of Pushka, as well as a price of 30 billion USD which they can use as they wish.

Nation of Pushka has just recently aqcuired naval base and lacks the know-how of building a capable navy, the soviet attack subs we posses need to be replaced or upgraded to be efficient in modern combat. We await for first 10 aplicants before we start he contest. Then you are applying tell us the name of your nation/organization and of your leader.

Remember that any model you already posses can not enter the contest, you have to design a completely new submarine.

The United Socialist States of Wallis and Futuna are in the process of designing a set of state-of-art nuclear submarines. Donations to our nation from our allies have allowed us to allocate over $200 billion to the developement of naval technology. We are therefore already in the process of designing submarines. No such designs have been posted yet, and we are still at the testing stage. This means our designs can be changed for your personal needs. This presents a rare opportunity for your nation and we hope you will take it.

As well as designing a nuclear attack submarine (SSN), we are also designing a cruise missile submarine (SSGN) and a ballistic submairne (SSBN). More info will be posted if you show interest.

The company who is carrying out these designs is the State Military Industrial Group - Naval Dep (SMIG-N).

You have been accepted into the contest.

We would, but I don't know your requirements for a submarine. What do you want it to do? How big? How fast? What kind of weapons?

All you have to do is to provide the best design for an attack sub you can come up with. After reviewing all the designs we will choose the one that is best for our needs. Just do your best that is all.

The United Socialist States of Novikov is willing to participate in the competition. Our nationalized shipbuilding industry has been working for nearly four years ondesigning a Nuclear Attack Submarine, and we are quite confident in its design. Regrettably, we do not have the funding to compete with larger nations, but we do have a hstory of submarine design and would like to put forth a design for consideration none the less.

OOC: Well my gov't waste is almost 500 billion, but i also have 3 trillion USD stacked up from donations of other nations and a bunch of jet fighters i sold. So 3 trillion 500 billion for ten nations. Do the math.

SMIG-N has announced that the SSN design will be publicly released in 5-10 years. The first prototypes have already been constructed, final details are still being decided on.

(In other SMIG-N news: The SSK, Diesel-Electric submarine design will be released soon. The SSGN, Cruise-missile submarine and the SSBN, Ballistic missile submarine designs will be released in 10-15 years).
