General Kakov: Today we launch a total of 35 satelites, to our freinds abroad its gonna look like we are sending telecommunication satelites so our newly aqcuired territories in Afghanistan and Cameroon can have television transmission and other such things. In reality those satelites will assemble themselves in a series of our BME satelites. So far we already have one in the orbit, it can hit any place on earth, the maximum positioning time is 24 hours. That is not good enough for an effective network. We will have a total of 8 satelites in the orbit, making the maximum positioning time 3 hours. The project has already been aprooved by you and the launch will occur in next few minutes in two days we will have us a perfect defense network and nobody will know anything about it.
