Around 6:00 AM last night military movement in over 64 nerotikan bases caught the eye of citiznes all over nerotika the question on most peoples mind today is "what are our troops doing.
Kevin Louis is on the scene at the Cheif Headquarters in downtown Jace City. Kevin?....Kevin are you there? *static* can anyone reach Kevin?....anyone....crap get this show off air now...

The troops moved about preparing everything. Tanks were fueled up planes also, ammo was loaded into the large trucks and transport LK79 Pelicans were being loaded up with the finest Nerotikan Elite Troops. Over 600,000 elite solders stood ready with their XM-8 rifles straped around their necks and their Updated Colt .45's. The black body armour blended into the shadows of the night and the black helmet added on a space age kinda look. The stood frozen at attention waiting for the order to get aboard the pelicans and get ready for the invasion. The plans had been made almost a month ago by Nero Trotsky in his aging state. He relized throughout his years that there had always been somthing displaced somthing he needed to fix and when he relized what it was his age had caught him...luckly his succesor also agreed with the plan and would carry out the remainder of it if he were to die...The succesor, Jason Trotsky, was the only son of Nero and though not as big as his father he was much stronger, Jason had been placed incorrectly into the Child Elite Program which trained him from a 5 year old kid to be a mindless killing machine...but the training usually never makes somone that insane so he kept his right mind just a kinda psychopathic attitude. Jason watched from his fathers side, the solders standing ready. He looked at his father and smiled as outside the building 3 gunshots rang out not distubing a single solder.
ooc: Just so this seems fair *Attn. Psychotika* ok now it wont seem like I jsut randomly charged into his county and invaded without him knowing a single bit of it....though that is the plan...hmmm anyway if any other county wants to send in news teams or what not feel free.
