In the first Hyperbian planetwide telecast.

Greetings to all of my fellow nations on this bleak antarctic continent.

Hyperbian scientists have been busy as of late working on several pieces of surface dweller tech that they had secured from the people of Samtonia. Rudementary heavier-than-air flying vessles have been flown sucessfully and a lighter-than-air transport now services flights between the prot city of Tasth and several offshore fishing plaforms as well as our airship testing sight.

In an effort to increase our infrastructure and our connection with the outside world and to create a uniform way for our buisnesses and commoners to interact, as well as properly control our borders, we would ask our neighbors of Nikolas the Great and Yelm to recieve an envoy of the Corprate Council to discuss the location of our planned border towns, we wish to discuss possible placements to line up or towns to allow ease and fluidity of transport. Upon reciept of time and place our envoy will depart via derregible, so please allow a location that will have ample area for landing.

We are also constructing a 'modern' surface dweller airport outside our surface city of Tasth, capable of serving your heavier-than-air craft. Any nation or company wishing to use our facilities for business or pleasure must simply reciprocate and allow our airships to pass through your skies and use your facilities.

Our unmetroplised cave areas are expansive, untouched, and should be enough for any thrill seekers, featuring river rapids, thousands of miles of hiking trails and subterrenian wildlife the likes of which any surface dweller has never seen.

Sea travel is perilous around Hyperbia as our ice breakers cannot keep large areas open, however we do request that our nearby nations, those of Antarctica, southern Africa, and southern South America please open their sea ports to our vessles, we will do the same for theirs. We are certain you will find many things to trade with us. Many of our construction companies are willing to work for contract. Many of our foods you would no doubt find exotic as well.

Also, any nation wishing so may request and, barring extenuating surcumstances, will recieve lands for the contsruction of an embassy either within the subterranian or surface areas of Tasth, if they allow us to similarly construct an embassy in their capitol.

Great Nation of Pushka welcomes Great Nation of Hyperbia and we would like to extend our arms in freindship opening our sea ports in Cameroon and Southern California to Hyperbian civilian vessels and trade ships. We would however like you to avoid getting near our islands of Novaya Zemlya and Wrangel Island.

Pushka: We have recieved your message and understand your governments need to secrecy. However, California is too far a trip for our small merchant fleet at this time. While the port of Tasth will remain open to your ships, visits to your coastline by our merchant vessles will most likely be infrequent.

The High Sultan would like to make relations with Hyperbia. We are willing to open up the ports of Syracuse (Sicily, not NY obviously), Banjul, Madras, Nagercott, Mahe, and Manama (manama is under attack, right now, but later yuo can use it), as well as all of our airports.

We also use some lighter than air vehicles. Our Cargolifter airships (in RL development by the USAF) are standards for cargo transport in Elephantum. We have made progress from the explosive events of years past. We use nonexplosive gases, and due to pressure controls, they do not merely "pop", but float to the grund if punctured, unless the hole is huge

Greetings, my Uncleansed friend, to the greater World. Your arrival on the global scene nearly coincides with the rise of our Cult's influence in the Middle East and our own arrival to said scene. Due to this, we feel that the Lord has fated us to be intertwined in some way, whether it be a friendly or calous relationships we cannot guess.

Through recent interceptions of civilan transmissions we have come to understand that some of your nations have a imporataion laws again pharmaceuticals and other items of a biological nature. Therefore we will not be bringing any items in with out first delegates, but will be bringing a list of possilbe items for you and your corporations to inspect.

Upon further inspection of your societies we may have less to offer you.
Our air purification systems are pointless, as you live above ground, and your distance from the mantle makes many of our geothermal technologies pointless. We do feel that many of you could improve your cost to distance ratio on air travel by using our streemlinee lighter than air design civillan trasprot vehicle, 'Bhyakee' design.

Also many of our foodstuffs are fungal based, eaisly grown in all but the driest of climates. We can work our arrangements for the sale, construction, and operation of such farms.

We also believe that you would be very interested in two retro viruses we have designed. When admisistered to a female within 48 hours of conception they will guarentee that the fetus is either male or female (depending on which is used).
