In Dorsalgrad, today, a tired Supreme Soviet passed a bill declaring that the 4 Year Education Plan had officially come to an end and that the plan had been a complete success. We met with a Government Official today, in the Capital City of Dorsalgrad.

The reporter runs across the street to where a government official is with a soldier. On the corner the road has been taken over, and a blockade established. A tank rolls down the street, forcing the reporter to stop and wait for the dark green armoured vehicle to pass. In the centre of the crossroads nearby an anti air gun is being re-angled, turning around and around in different directions. The sounds of boots clacking against the floors can be heard in the distance and a flight of jet aircraft fly comparatively low over the city. The reporter arrives at the other side, to question the government official, a Supreme Soviet Communist Party Supporter, Mestra Gazunin.
Reporter: Mr Gazunin, I am here from HINB to interview about~
Gazunin cuts the reporter short.
Mestra Gazunin: There will be no interviews. I must leave immediately.
The official was already suspicious at the sight of a press journalist and now he turns with his guard and heads for the roadblock.
Reporter: Mr Gazunin, I would like to talk to you about the 4 Year Education Plan!
Gazunin turns, and faces the reporter.
Mestra Gazunin: Very well, but I am short on time. Quickly.
The reporter nods and continues with his interview.
Reporter: How much has the Education Budget increased? What are the benefits of this so called "triumphant plan?"
Mestra Gazunin: Four Years ago our glorious leader called for a Plan to increase Education Spending - it has been done so, manufacturing, teacher training, and such, and now the Education budget has almost tripled in percentage rate and budget rate.
Reporter: I see.. What does this offer students in the Union? From what ages does the plan apply?
Mestra Gazunin: Well, basically, more teachers, bigger schools, better equipment and more of it - computers for example, have been installed in at least one classroom in every school and our schools are more benefical equipment wise - now we have a stockpiled wealth of the neccessary tools, pencils, rulers, ecettra ecettra. This counts for all students, from ages 4 to the University leaving age of 19. However, our country is being assaulted, it has opened other.. more military, so to speak, related opportunities.
Reporter: Mr Gazunin, what military opportunities? And what is the current Education Budget? What is the percentage rate?
At this point Mr Gazunin waves off the reporter and turns hurriedly to the roadblock.
