The Suppression of Fascism and Nazism Act act stipulates that:
*Anyone committed to a doctrine aimed at bringing about any political, industrial, social, or economic change within the Pest Control Company of Roach-Busters by the promotion of disturbance or disorder, by unlawful acts or ommissions, but who does not subscribe to leftist views, is to be legally classified as a fascist, and subject to ten years' imprisonment in solitary confinement. This law also authorizes the Secretary of Law and Order to execute any violator of this act that he deems to be "incapable of orderly, law-abiding behavior," or who "shows a strong affinity for radical right-wing ideals," or who "relishes committing acts of violence in order to advance such ideals."
*Anyone found guilty in a court of law of reading or distributing fascist or Nazist literature is subject to a fine of $25,000 and/or five years' imprisonment at hard labor.
*Anyone who is found of guilty of performing a fascist salute- be it in public or private- is subject to a fine of $500 and up to six months' imprisonment.
*Anyone who "expresses contempt or shows disrespect," for antifascism, antifascists, anti-Nazism, or anti-Nazis, is subject to six months' imprisonment.
*The Secretary of Law and Order is authorized to have an individual's home or property searched without a warrant if said individual is deemed "extremist," "radical," or "dangerously lawless."
*The ownership or display of flags of fascist or Nazist nationstates, organizations, or political parties is illegal. Violators are subject to twenty-five lashes in public and/or one year imprisonment.
