"Nellisland must be stopped!" exclaimed Oskoeva, "They have made verbal threats against Eastern Communism for over a year particularly aimed at us! This will not be tolerated! I have contacted two other UCCN (United Community of Communistic Nations) and they agree that Nellisland must be stopped. And we WILL stop them by using military force."
The entire meeting hall nodded in agreement. One of Sovietany's generals spoke up.
"Nellisland's military is a very strong foe. We need more than two other country's to help us in the invasion! They will have the advantage of fighting on their own soil. How are we going to go about this, and still win on the battle field?" protested Sovietany General Vaslov Gregoroff.
"We do have an advantage. And our advantage is discipline. Sovietany, New Sovietland, and North-Anti-Gua's troops are all known for their discipline and cunning tactics of the battle field. The soldiers of Nellisland though many they are will not be able to predict our movements and this will frustrate them and they will lose all composure, then thats when we will sweep over them like a plague. The Red Plague of Communism!" replied Oskoeva in a very convincing tone.
Vaslov thought about it and agreed.
"How are we to go about the invasion? They will surely see us coming!" asked General Michail Federov.
"The plan I and the other presidents have came up with is to telegram Nellisland and ask for their agreement to trade for clothing, and food for a cheap price. Surely they will agree being the dimwitted greedy people they are. They will not see what our true objective is untill its too late. They have very populated coastlines. They will not have enough time to evacuate befor we arrive. After we land we will take the nearby cities and kill the civillians, men, women and children alike. After killing the civillions we will set up a a base at one of the cities and it will serve as a supply center. 100,000 soldiers divided from all three countries will be left to guard the base and the rest of the military will press on deep into the heart of Nellisland killing all that we come across." replied Oskoeva.
The group praised President Pavel Oskoeva for his genious. Oskoeva dimissed them from the meeting and began to type his telegram to Nellisland.

Oskoeva was positive that they would fall for it, they had no reason to, it would be a great deal were it true at those prices. Oskoeva had his Foreign Minister, Josef Brushenick send the telegram for him, then retired for the night to his quarters.
