"Are you sure he is coming?", Black One asked

"Of course I am sure! Do you know how long I have been doing checks on this guy? I know everything that he does!" Black Two answered.

"Okay, I just want to be sure. We have been waiting. He is 34 minutes late according to your 'flawless' records."

"Shut up, you idiot, here he comes!"

A high-ranking officer, Field Marshall Michael Perry of The Deltan Empire has just come from a conference where he spoke out against the catholic religion. He now drives in his armored car back to his house where he plans on spending the night with his wife. She waits for him now, champagne in the cooler.

Black One: "Okay, so, lets do this."

Speaking into his walkie-talkie, he says two words...

"The Inquisition"

At this point, a car comes roaring out from a side street, slamming into the armoured car. The official's car driver gets the message and slams on his brakes to gain control. Unfortunately, the brake lines have been cut!

The car swerves out of control, slamming into the light pole nearby, bending the pole neatly in half. Quickly, the car opens and four armed guards step out. Looking around quickly, they see three men, dressed in black robes and carrying Automatic Rifles sprinting towards them.

The guards hear a cutting sound and the sound of tearing metal, but pay no mind. The approaching terrorists must be taken care of for the safety of Field Marshall Michael Perry!

The terrorists duck behind a nearby car and open fire. The guards laugh to themselves and nod to each other. The guard all the way to the left releases a pouch on his waist and removes a hand grenade. Needless to say he lobs the grenade at the car that the terrorists are hiding behind and chuckles to himself as his goes up in an explosion.

At this time, a shot is fired from one of the surrounding building, sniping the guard in the head. Three remain. They quickly take cover, and, being the armed professionals that they are, fire at the window that the shot came from. One body (Black One) falls from the window and splats onto the ground below.

At this time, one of the guards heres a sound behind him. He turns around, but not quickly enough. A gun is pointed at his fforehead and fired at point blank range. The terrorist known as Black Two is quickly dispatched by the other two guards that remain.

Staying alert, the other two guards of Field Marshall Michael Perry keep watch until the coast seems to be clear. Knowing that they have a lot to explain in their debriefing, they jump back into the car. They have just turned to see how Field Marshall Michael Perry was doing when they realized what the sound of tearing metal was. There was a hole in the floor of the car where Field Marshall Michael Perry used to be!

ic: Emperor Roman stands behind his desk going over Naval Deployments with Grand Admiral Togtman when an orderly bursts through the doors of the throne room.
"My Lord! My Lord! Field Marshal Perry is missing!" The young man stands back frightned as the Emperor rises from his thrown.
"What?! How can that be? Give me a full report, NOW!" he yells.
"Ye...yes sir. It appears that a terrorist group attacked the Marshals car outside the conference and kidnapped him. The two remaining guards are in interrorgation right now."
The Emperor then looks at Admiral Togtman, "Put all military forces on high allert. Send an Army regiment to secure the area where Perry's car is. Then get me Emperor Keller right away." To the orderly he says, "You're dissmised."
"Yes my Lord" the orderly then leaves.
"Sir, should we freeze all ships and aircraft entering and leaving the Empire?" askes Admiral Togtman.
"Yes, and have the Navy blockade all port cities," the Emperor responds. "The terrorists have come."

The Emperor has directed me to offer TDE all aid necessary to stem the tide of terrorism in your nation. We have CBG's 30 and 34 ready to deploy to either your shores or the waters off Pope Adolf......your call. In addition, we have Bomber Squadrons 16 and 88 ( Pythons ) scrambling to your defense.
I have been informed that a MASH Unit is on it's way to your nation to render aid to any victims of these cowards. With your permission, they will be escorted/supported by a platoon of Royal Xeraphian Commandos.

OOC: Muktar, I have read the thread and am sticking to it closely

IC: Knowing that the nation should have their entrances and exits closed off by now, they go ahead as planned.

Black Leader: "The operation has gone as planned. Now, do you think that The Deltan Empire should watch its religious propositions more carefully?"

Black Three: "I would say so, sir. However, we may be a bit too quick to attack without a good backup plan. I am glad it worked."

Black Leader: "Of course it worked, you fool! We have been planning this as soon as we found out how anti-Catholic his speech was!" (turning to Michael, placing his heel on his neck) "Now, we aren't really so bad, are we?"

Laughing, Black Leader walks away, going to his room of the undisclosed hideaway.

Black Leader (over his shoulder): "You all should get started on our plan. Lets get out of here and make an example."

Black Three: "Good idea, boss. Every second we are here just makes me more nervous."

Black Three looks at the rest of the group, about ten terrorists in all. All are armed with Automatic Rifles, Silenced Pistols, and dressed in the mandatory black robes of the Black Crusaders.

Random Crusader: "So, what is the plan from here?"

Black Three: "How many times must I go over this? You were way too busy on your laptop to listen to me, weren't you? I am sick of you. Alright, I will explain it one last time."

Getting onto the little makeshift platform, Black Three addresses the rest of the terrorist group that was sent on this mission from Home Base.

Black Three: "We plan on getting out of here quickly and efficiently, but not after an example is made. We will work on that soon enough. We must make use of the 'gifts' that we have brought along in case of either an emergency, or a lapse of boredom. They are so much fun. We do not appreciate them closing down the ports, now do we?"

Rest: "Sir, no sir!"

Black Three: "Well, I think that the shipyards may become using some of their sick leave. Any questions?"

Rest: "Sir, no sir!"

Black Three: "Alright, then. Lets go to work!"

The crowd disperses, while the Leader can be heard making an encrypted call to home base.

Black Leader: "Black Leader Alpha to Base, can you hear me?"

Home Base: "Roger that, I hear you. For security purposes, what is our holy mission?"

Black Leader: "To defend the ranks of God from the infedels."

Home Base: "Affirmative. And what is the status of the mission?"

Black Leader: "Ok. We have the infedel in custody, example shall be made tomorrow. I have men working on our escape from this place, they have locked it down as planned."

Home Base: "Good. It is only a matter of time..."

Confidential to Deltan Empire:We have operatives that can easily rescue the Field Marshal should you learn his position.

IC: Emperor Roman sat in his thrown behind his desk. "Has there been any news of the field marshall?"
"No my Lord", an orderly said. "We have no news to report."

NPSC has targeted Pope Adolf with thare weapons

NPIN has is moveing to blockade Pope Adolf

NPIA will be moveing into The Deltan Empire to act as a large securety net if Deltan will alow it

NPIAF will be working with all three groups

NPNG will be acting just outside of Deltan territory in order to stop and check ships,planes and vehicols to find terrorists

NPNSS will work inside Deltan in order the find Terrorists that have goten in and to find any that get in later

Corporal Swain jumped up and ran to the window, where he saw Monsey and a lovely young lady driving golf balls into the ocean. " Sir! We got the go-ahead from TDE. They want us to deploy off their coast. The CBG's are on the way, but what about the Airforce?"

Monsey thought for a moment, somewhat distracted. He chuckled to himself, wondering if it was the woman who was the distraction, or the war. " Check with TDE High Command and see if they will let us land the Pythons on their territory. And don't forget that theyr'e escorted by the Hornets. Get the Tank Commanders together, and have them fire up their units. We're not gonna transport them in the normal fashion. The Emperor is most anxious to see if the TransBeam is a viable alternative to the status quo. Got all that, Corporal?"

"Yessir, got it." The corporal turned slightly red as he glanced at what the major-general and the young lady were doing. He thought, " Now there's a different way to putt........."

Black Leader: "How goes the hack?"

Black Four: "We are almost there. We have about 10 minutes before broadcast is possible."

Black Leader: "Good. Luckily, no matter how loyal the TV operator, he can still be bribed! I will prepare the others for broadcast."

Turning to the rest of the group, hes asks them if they are ready. They reply that they are. Cameras are set up, with Black Three working on the wiring with the help of a TV Station Operator gone traitor. The stage is very simple, with only one thing on it. However, this one thing is all that is needed. It is a large wooden pole, with firewood at the base. The terrorists are dousing it with gasoline. The Field Marshall is sitting on the stage, the ropes cutting into his wrists so bad it is making him tear.

10 Minutes Later...

Black Four: "Okay, we are good. Broadcasting in 10...9...8"

Black Leader: "Okay, everybody into positions! We are sure to get oscars for this!"

Black Four: "...7...6...5...4"

Black Leader: "This will make home base happy. Is the encryption up?"

TV Operator: "Yes. Your message will be untraceable."

Black Four: "...3....2...1...Broadcast!"

The feedback monitor flickers on and all around the nation programs are interupted and switched to see the terrorists stage. A child cries. It was his favorite episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. Black Leader is seen on the TV, dressed in black robes and carrying a torch.

Black Leader: "The Black Crusaders will not be stopped. All of those not reforming to The Inquisition will face God's wrath. Let us make an example."

Members of the Black Crusaders are seen moving from the right, pulling the battered body of the Field Marshall to the post in the middle of the camera's view. They solemnly tie him up and stand by his side. Black Leader approaches the gas-soaked post with his torch.

Black Leader: "We are not radicals. We are not freedom fighters. We are the modern Inquisitors! We are not here for merely fear. We are not here for personal gain. The earth has lost its connection with God. We are the reconnectors. Reform is nigh, and the torch is held high. This is the punishment of infidels!"

With this last sentence, Black Leader walks over to the stake and lights it, which immediately bursts into flames. The members of the Black Crusaders stand by the side of the stake, unflinched by Michael's piercing screams.

When the deed is done, they give the station back its broadcast. Spongebob Squarepants continues, but nobody is watching it. Mothers are stopping their screaming babies. Fathers are trying to soothe their screaming families. Policeman are trying to tell the public that it is under control. It isn't under control. The Black Crusaders have struck for the first time. They mean business.

Black Leader: "Men, we have just received word that our home base was attacked! They have evacuated the area to live to fight another day. We will rendezvous with them shortly, but first we must escape this place. They cannot stay there for long."

OOC: Everybody else, there is a RP going on on the thread that I linked to above. If you would like to join, go ahead. Try not to beat me too bad, lol.

Pres. Harc is sitting in his new office in the old Imperial Palace. He has watched the broadcast over and over again. His advisors and cabinet surround him.

The defence Minister is the first to talk:

"We must join our allies against this menace before we are struck."

The religious advisor retorts: "We are christians. They wil not come after us. WE have more pressing matters, such as rebuilding the church. The patriarch does not have enough funding."

The Defence minister laughs. "You think they won't attack us because we're christian? Bah! We used to be the head of a major anti-terrorist alliance! You all know your history! Terrorists care not who you are, they'll attack you anyways!"

The religious advisor starts to raise his vioce: "They are just radical christians! We used to have an inquisition. They'll relate to us and they will let us be!"

"No, they won't!" the minister starts yelling back. "We are allied to people they view as heretics! We are doomed if we just sit here and do nothing!"

"SILENCE!" HArc yells. "This bickering will get us nowhere. I do agree that it would be foolish to go to war at this time, but we do need to protect our allies. I already offered to send troops to protect Nabarri Prime. I believe the best course of action is to protect, but not engage. Thats my choice. If the senate wishes to go to war, then they will. And I'll oblige. But not until then."

OOC: I am not at war with Nabarri Prime, they are attacking me. I am only launching an attack on The Deltan Empire, nobody else. Yet.

Pope Adolf, you may put a terrorist cell in Fluffywuffy, free of charge. Just be sure to telegram the thread in which this is done to me.

The Deltan Empire accepts all offers of aid. As an island nation the size of Australia, we will require a strong naval blockade to keep any terrorists from entering or escaping. I have ony 5 Carrier Strike Groups (at the moment)to patrol my waters. These terrorists must be brought to justice for the murder of Field Marshall Michael Perry!

We are willing to send 3 Guard Division and a Marine Division, though that will be it, as we do not have enough sea transports to move any more. Thats around 80,000 men.

That is good! Those troops will come in handy hunting down any terrorist cells hiding in the Empire. Have your troops land south of the port city Technia. From there they can move into the Deltan Mountains, where we believe terrorists are hiding.

OOC> Just as an aside, even if PA has a cell or cells in other nations, they MUST have a homeland. And since they have a homeland, then that homeland can be attacked and/or occupied. It's not necessary to attack a nation that is harboring terrorists, although you can if you want. Me, I'd prefer to occupy the terrorist nation, and fight them as they try t oregain their turf.

" Admiral Coyle, proceed at once to Deltan Empire. Carrier Battle Groups' 33, 34, 21, and 60 are steaming there to meet up with your CBG. You will be in charge of the OpTaskForce Deltan (OTFD), and as such will have over 100 naval vessals and approx 2100 fighter jets at your disposal. The Deltan Empire is an island, and has requested a loose blockade/security formation. We will have OSS-2 scanning the area with each orbital pass. MASH Unit 12 already on Deltan soil, along with a platoon of Commandos as support. 2 Humvees w/mounted .35mm Gatling guns and 2 Beowulf MBT's also landed with MASH. I am discussing with the Deltan Emperor as to the possibility of deploying 12,000 Armored Troopers from our provincial forces, probably Orvonnton, and 2,000 AI MEK-Spiders. That is all....Alaric."

The Admiral was amused. "The Emperor seems to be taking this terror thing seriously this time. I wonder what's really up."
" I dunno, sir, but if the Emperor is sufficiently concerned, should we not take these thugs a bit more seriously than we're doing?"
Coyle glanced at the Chief Petty Officer, ready to tear him a new one, when he realized that he spoke the truth. Xeraph had too long had a lax attitude towards terrorists. We always waited for them to strike, then we hit back. The new policy is to ferret them out, pursue them, and eradicate them. As President Bush said all those years ago, it's a war that never ends. "OK, Chief, your'e right. Let's get on the stick and do the job we're getting paid for."

As Nebarri Prime has pointed out, PA is a CHRISTIAN terrorist nation. So, if you support PA, then there must be at least TWO gods.

Signaling to the other terrorists, they all get packed and ready to go.

Black Leader: "Red One, you know what to do."

Red One: "Yes I do. I will see you on the other side. Crew, follow me."

25 Minutes Later...

*BOOM*

A large explosion rocks a medical facility inside the Deltan Empire's main city. Within moments, another one can be heard, farther away. All of the medical facilities within a 1000 mile radius of the capital city (about 25 major facilities) that are capable of treating major viruses are popping like zits.

Meanwhile, in the Deltan National Park...

Black Leader: "Alright men, get into position."

About 7 terrorists in plain clothes take casual seating on the park benches. They all have a pinpoint mark in their arms where it seems a needle has been injected. They all carry suitcases. Glancing at their watches, two members of the group get up and leave the park. They hop on the bus, right on time.

Two more of the remaining five get up. They split up. One walks to the business side of the city, and the other goes towards the locked down airport.

Two more get up and go towards the center of the capital city. The one remaining terrorist walks to the pond in the middle of the park, looking at all the pretty things in life. Black Leader looks away from the lake and glances at his watch. 10 minutes to go.

10 minutes later...

With synchronized watches, the seven terrorists press a single button on their suitcases. They open up, and soon the highly contagious, highly fatal virus known as the bubonic plague quickly spreads the surrounding areas. Soon, the effects can be seen. Most of the terrorists are not affected because of the vaccinations they had received earlier, but two died due to faulty immunizations. The rest of the terrorists are safe, and retreat back into their home-away-from-home, to watch. Soon, thousands upon thousands are affected by the deadly virus. With almost no medical facilities left able to treat this disease, what will be done now?

"What are the latest reports?" Emperor Roman asked. "Sir, there has been a outbreak of bubonic plague in Delta City, in the Gonther District. All emergency personal are responding as we speak." "Alright... contact Grand Admiral Togtman. Inform him that until the plague is contained, I'm moving to Omega Base. And have Ambassador Chadek ask the Deltan Alliance members to send some medical assistance."

Hawaiian Islands' has made a secured island, Kuji, for Pope Adolf's Terrorist Cells to plant in. Just that you guys won't terrorist attack Hawaiian Islands. Hawaiian Islands' has made a secured island, Kuji, for Pope Adolf's Terrorist Cells to plant in. Just that you guys won't terrorist attack Hawaiian Islands. Hawaiian Islands, be advised that if you provide sanctuary to these or any other terrorists, the Xeraphian Empire will have no choice but to attack said terrorists in your territorial waters and/or your territory.

As the message sent to Pope Adolf's new open island is available in Hawaiian Islands, Jason has decided to instead lock up the island and deploy Anti-Terrorist forces of Hawaii in the island as an ambush.

Hawaiian Islands strongly trusts Xeraph and decides not to support PA, or their allies. Hawaii also decides to support Xeraphian forces in this Terrorist situation by deploying 5 million soldiers w/Advanced Technology Bullet proof vest (can survive while being shot 350 times.).
