Roger Durling, leader of the elusive terrorist group the World Liberation Movement, met with one of his contacts about another group of freedom-fighters--he could never think he or his colleagues, as he called other terrorists, as terrorists--from a nation called Pope Adolf. The freedom-fighters had, apparantly, requested that someone sell biological or chemical weapons to support their share of the Cause, whatever it may be. Money talks, and the WLM was really more of a mercenary group than a terrorist organization. He turned to his contact and told him to pass along the following message: "I am willing to meet with the Pope Adolf freedom fighters, and am willing to provide assistance in the form of chem and bio weapons for the price of fifty million dollars."
