"Back! Away! Down!"

A man, standing over the bloodied body of the Patriarch, swings a stick as a mob of people trying to force their way thru the door.

“Back, I say! I will not let you kill these innocent holy men! Don’t you realize that though you have liberated us, you’re trying to replace fascism with fascism?! Away!”

The man, in his 30s, holds an M16 in his other hand. He is dressed in urban battle fatigues, which are bloodied, much like his face. However, it’s not his blood.

“Back! Away! Don’t you get it? Are you not Christians? You are attempting to kill the people that serve god by giving up everything else! Is it not enough to have killed the Tyrants? Must you now kill everyone that was even associated with them? Why don’t you kill me then? I was a priest before I joined this rebellion. Don’t I deserve to die, because I follow the same religion the Tyrants used to oppress us? Well? Are you men, aren’t you going to finish what you started? Go, kill me, and doom yourself to hell!”

From the mob steps a man, in his own fatigues. He, however, lacks any weapons, aside from side arm. He walks up to the man with the stick.

“Just who are you? You speak wisdom. Wisdom I haven’t seen since the last Patriarch. What is your name?”

“Grendal, sir. Grendal Tylrui. General Harc, you must talk some sense into these men. They just wish to kill everyone whose apart of the church. They don’t seem to realize that only the Patriarch and the Holy Council were the Tyrants, not the priests.”

“Grendal, I will talk to them. MEN! Gather! I only wish to say this once. It is a dawn of a new age. We will rebuild the government. We will be a republic, like Coran decreed we would be. We will rebuild the Church. It will continue to watch over our souls, but never again shall it control the government. We shall rebuild Neo Earth! The territories are split. We must recreate the Holy Republic of Emp. Tal-Shink’s rule. Come men, we go to create a more perfect world!”

Grendal falls to his knees, weeping. Harc places his hand on Grendal’s shoulder.

“What is wrong, Grendal?”

“I joined this revolt because I had a dream that the Tyrants would destroy Neo Earth. I just wished to over throw these 13 individuals.” Grendal gestures at the Patriarch and Holy Council’s bodies. “But thousands have died needlessly. The Prophet Coran, whose cathedral we stand in today, advised that we had to maintain a military and be ready to fight, but he also said not to throw lives away. I feel we have failed him.”

“We have not. Coran decreed we would be a Republic, and those that died are the true patriots.”

“But how do we know the republic will work? It’s failed twice in Neo Earth, numerous times in the world. What will make this one any different.”

“Because, only those that deserve to vote and run for office will be able to. Trust me. Leave the government to me. You must help rebuild the Church, Patriarch Grendal.”

Greetings! My name is General Harc Vredi, and I am the temporary leader of Neo Earth. For a long time, we have been in an self-imposed isolation. Now, after overthrowing our oppressors, we have returned to the international scene. Let me describe just what has happened:

For the last century or so, the Emperor has been a puppet of the church. After the last one, Emperor Coran IV was assassinated, the Patriarch, the “Pope” of our church, declared himself emperor and the church the new government. He disbanded the government.

I, being the head of the military, and first in line for temporary leader if the emperor has no heirs (which Coran IV did not), decreed that the Patriarch, the Holy Council (a council of Archbishops who assist the Patriarch), and their supporters traitors, and revolted. The church’s personal army, the Inquisition, was made up of mostly inducted soldiers, who rejoined us.

After 2 months, we have killed the Tyrants, and are rebuilding our nation. We are currently drafting a constitution that will guarantee the freedom of religion, something that hasn’t been seen in nearly 200 years.

So, greetings! We accepting trade agreements/embassies/diplomatic deals, though nothing will be final until the new government is formed.

For the last several months, I have been RPing with my friends on another forum, but that’s future RP (which I hate) and they have no idea how to wage wars (which I love), so I have decided to come back here.

I guess all the people I used to RP with are gone, save several (like Aust and Phalanix). But I’ll get used to you guys. And you’ll get used to me. I am an old nation (lets see, Neo Earth’s 2nd birthday was Feb. 15, 2005), and it’s been awhile, but I’ll back into the groove before to long.

Muktar has begun shipping food supplies to Neo Earth, including whole grain breads, jerkied caribuo, dried fruits, and canned beans. Peacekeepers are standing by should they be required within your borders. We are also providing seventy million vertabs of aid, which converts to one hundred million dollars. We are also willing to send in construction crews and medical teams, at your request.

OOC: It's fun rebuilding nations. Much more productive then destroying them, and just as much satisfaction.

OOC: Sorry to bust the bubble, but Neo Earth is in a true state of needing rebuilding. That more reflects to the fact the nation is now leaderless, and the territories aren't sure if its a good idea to rejoin. Many people are split on whether they should just restart the Holy Imperial Dominion, or go for the republic.

Good news all! The constitution is done:


In order to form a more fair and equal government, we the citizens and civilians of Neo Earth, under the watchful eye of our Lord and Savior, hereby establish this document as the basis of the Government. We have written here the rights of all. We create the Republic and it’s territory’s’ government. May the lord watch over.

Article I

Section 1: the Senate

Sub-Section i: The Senate is a collection of representatives chosen by the citizens. This body makes all the decisions for Neo Earth.

Sub-Section ii: In order to become a Senator, one must be a Citizen for at least 2 years and be at least 26 years old. Every Territory/Province will elect 1 senator for each 250,000,000 people in the territory every 3 years. One can only be a senator for a total of 4 terms.

Sub-Section iii: Inside the Senate, there are 3 offices: Prime Minister, Representative, Senior Tribune. The Prime Minister is chosen by the senators to be the voice and to break any ties. The Representative are the ones that vote on bills and such. They retain normal powers. A Senior Tribune is one of 41 chosen by non-citizens. While having no powers, these men advise the Senate about what the non-citizens wish to happen.

Sub-Section iv: Powers of the senate include, but are not limited, to: Declare War, Choose ambassadors, approve treaties, pass bills, approve or alter budgets, collect taxes, draft men into the military in time of need, and impeach the executive.

Section 2: Tribune

Sub-Section i: The Tribune is the people’s direct voice into the republic. The Convention is held is each territory every 3 months. Citizens may go and voice their opinions to their senators. They may also override Executive and Senate domestic decisions. The House Uncommon is where the non-citizens may go to attempt to pass bills to the Senate. Before any of these bills are passed, they go to the House Common, made up of Citizens, who will either pass the bills to the Senate or veto them.

Sub-Section ii: The Convention may override executive and senate decisions if 2/3 of the conventions (in each territory) vote to override the decisions. As stated, the House Uncommon may attempt to pass bills to the senate, while the House common may throw these out.

Section 3: Executive

Sub-Section i: The Executive is the President and his cabinet.

Sub-Section ii: In order to run for President, one must have been a Citizen for 10 years, must have been born on Neonic soil, be at least 35 years old, and have attained at least the rank of Major in the military, OR have been a senator for 9 years. Once every 4 years, the Citizens will vote for a president. The majority wins.

Sub-Section iii: a cabinet of officials that he/she has chosen and the senate has approved will assist The President. All require Citizenship. The offices shall be: Defense (must have at least reached General in the military), State (must have been a senator for 6 years), Health (must have a PHD in a medical study, and been a working doctor for 5 years), Education (must have taught in a school for 5 years), and Treasury (most have been a senator for 3 years, and have a degree in math)

Sub-Section 4: The president is the Commander-in-chief of the military, may veto any senate bill (though the senate may pass it through at 2/3 approval), and approves senate bills.


Article II

Section 1: Civilians

Sub-Section i: Civilians are those that have not become Citizens, but are still part of Neo Earth.

Sub-section ii: If you are born in Neo Earth, you are a Civilian. If you fill out the necessary forms and are approved, you with be made into a Civilian.

Sub-Section iii: The Civilian may have jobs and even run businesses. They may not vote, however, unless a territory’s constitution gives them the right to in territory matters.

Section II: Citizens

Sub-section i: Citizens are those that have been willing to sacrifice themselves for the rest of the nation.

Sub-Section ii: To become a Citizen, a civilian must serve in the military for at least 2 years. One is not a Citizen until their term is up.

Sub-Section iii: Family citizen ship. If your father or grandfather was a citizen, then you have limited citizenship. It gives you the rights of a Citizen until you are 23. After that, you only retain right #3.


Article III

Section 1: Citizen Rights
I. The Right to vote
II. The Right to Run for office
III. The right to own business
IV. The right to retain citizenship if you move to another country and become a civilian there.
V. The right to revoke you citizenship
VI. The rights of civilians

Section 2: Civilian rights

I. The right to join the military and become a Citizen
II. The Right to free speech.
III. The right to religion, as long as it doesn’t endanger another human
IV. The right to a fair and speedy trial, within 3 months of being arrested
V. The right to own weapons
VI. The right to defend yourself
The right to not say anything that could be used as evidence against yourself.


As a final note, any who could vote at the time of this document's creation retain the right to vote for 8 years.

Free? No I could not do that. I have nearly 4.5 billion citizens. The cost of those divisions will be nothing. But, what we'd really like, is if you would send over pepole to help us construct numerous shipyards. We have the blueprints for a full navy, the parts, but not the facilities. We are currently rebuilding our Capitol and our Arms industry that makes mostly tanks and infantry weapons.

As for an alliance, TG me. I would be honoured to discuss one. I am sure I will be elected President (no one else is running!) and I will be able to make agreements shortly.

Oh yes. The Holy Empire Of Christopher Thompson is REVERED for its' navy. Being in the navy in my nation is considered a high honor, and at bars will ALWAYS score you poon-tang (just so you get the idea of how highly regarded the navy is in my nation). And one OTHER thing we are also respected for is our Architects. We will send over a group of 15 of our best structural Architects, along with...say a billion USD and a million workers (getting good pay by our government to do this, of course). News Broadcast

Today, after the quickest election in Neo Earth history, General Harc was elected the first president of Neo earth unamimously. The Senate has been chosen. Now, only the territories have to get their goverments up and running, and Neo Earth will once again have a complete goverment. It is suspected that Harc will throw a private inqugration party and will call the senate together for the first time tommorrow.

Also, Pres. Harc has declared today a national holiday, known as Republic Day. He is currently talking with other nations as to diplomatic relations. More at 10.

Really? That's convinient. Our second largest industry is Agriculture, and the only really good production markets we have is militarily (and even that's limited to non-army stuff). Observe:
The modification work consisted of rebuilding the forward airframe to accommodate a second cockpit equipped with dual controls for the Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO). The canopy was changed from the clamshell type to a side-opening type divided between the cockpits by an "A-frame" structure. The A-10 N/AW was equipped with ACES-II type ejection seats designed to fire "thru-the-canopy." A large cockpit fairing was added to house additional avionics components. The Head-Up Display (HUD) system was upgraded. A Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) system was added as well as a Low Light Level Television (LLLTV). Additional components added to support the night/adverse weather mission included a laser ranging device, terrain following radar, inertial navigation system (INS), radar altimeter, and an electronic moving map display. The FLIR and laser ranger were housed in an external pod mounted on pylon 6 (the center fuselage station). The terrain following radar was also housed in an external pod, in this case hung from station 4 (center wing closest to the left main landing gear). The LLLTV replaced the Pave Penny pod. The vertical stabilizers were rebuilt with a 20" extension added to the top. The aircraft retained the GAU-8/A 30 mm gatling gun, but had a smaller ammunition drum with a capacity of 750 rounds.

Flight testing of the A-10 N/AW began on 23 October 1979 at the Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, California. During the Air Force Preliminary Flight Evaluation (AFPE) which ended on 4 December 1979, the aircraft was flown for a total of 48.6 hours during 28 missions. About one third of the missions were conducted at night. Although the A-10 N/AW test program was successful, the program was canceled because of advancements in night attack equipment (i.e. LANTIRN).

Besides the A-10 N/AW the USAF investigated the conversion of a limited number of A-10A's into two-place trainer aircraft. These trainers were to be designated A-10B, but the program was canceled before any aircraft were modified.

The USAF Museum has two A-10's on display: the second YA-10A prototype (S/N 71-1370) in the Airpark and A-10A (S/N 78-0681) on display in the Modern Flight Hangar.

Yes, Sounds good. How much factory made stuff (electronics, light, medium and heavy industry equipment, construction equipment/materials, cars and oil) can you send? We have the abylity to produce trillions of bushles (a measurement of food used in the farm industry, about 60 pounds in a bushle) a year and make hundreds of thousands of extra food that we store in our MAHOOSIVE under-ground, climate-controlled storage facilites. Name how much industrial stuff you can send over, and we'll meet it in food.

Really?! Is your brother there? Because that's something we could argue about...

Anywho, in terms of major production lines, it would not be hard to start making these. The only big diffs are the second seat, updated equipment and engines, and a better, bigger payload. But looking at the plane itself, it's VERY different from the thunferbolt II. That addition of a second seat in and of itself requires re-vamping most of the frame to accomodate both the new space and added weight/drag. The addition of a new set of sytems back there, and an updating of the original ones' in the cockpit also makes this plane VERY different. Pilots of the YA-10B now rely much less on their eyes and night-vision goggles (although these are still paramount to the pilots), and the addition of a second pilot also requires a second titanium tub. More weight=better engines, which has happened. And it has a new ejection system as well. Overall, from a production standpoint, this plane is not hard to switch-over and produce. But when one looks at the plane and its' predecessor and compares them, they are VERY, VERY different.

How fast? Well, I've most of the ground forces done (but I'm at work, and my notebook is at home). As for the navy and airforce. I onlky have enough for boder patrol and such.

And I am not sure I quite want to go to war yet. Pope Adolf has not threaten the Neonic people, and I don't want a war to be the first act of this new goverment.

12000 barrels? Sounds good. And how much industry can you ship over? We need Approx. 100 million more dollars in industry equipment and electronics (mostly industry, cars & tractors, construction equipment and materials like steel and the like) per fiscal quarter. We can meet the demands of 12000 worth of barrels a month and 100 million worth of food per quarter, just at our production limit (the "extra" part that gets stored), without having to tap into our reserves for food at all. Lemme know what you think, and how we'll set up the shipping lanes.

which they will certainly jump onto, and they will begin shipping immedietly.
The first couple hundred thousand bushles should be there in a matter of NS
days, and I will personally order fresh water to be shipped as well. This will
continue to be commercial shipping (except for the water which is
humanitarian aid from the government) in weekly lump sums of food and water
throughout the year, or until we break this agreement, which ever is longer. I
would hope to expect the first shipments of industry and electronics to our
country to appear no later than two weeks after our first shipment arrives, if
this is okay with your government. Also, how goes the workers and the
Architects I sent over? When can I get those two groups back? The
Architects and workers are on contracts to be there no longer than five NS
