Terran Homeworld: Put a little more into it. Make it more like a story. Maybe something about your government debating your course of action, a televised announcement, or the transports being loaded up.
Not to mention a motive. Did they do something you don't morally approve of? Are the ridiculing actions by your government? Do they have natural resources you want for your nation? Reasons behind wars generally decide people's stances on them.
