DGNT opens to Embassies

In an unprecidented move today, the DGNT Diplomatic Corps reminded the world that the country does, in fact, exist.
An invitation has been issued to any and all countries interested in purchasing an embassy plot in Dontgonearthere, there are three cities with a large enough population to support an unlimited number of embassies, G'oaway (the capitol), Al-Khali, and Psuedopolis. Each of these has been segmented into thirds for the convienience of the officials involved. All diplomatic buildings MUST be located inside the citydomes, because diplomatic buildings outside the citydomes are favorite targets of the various tribes of nomads, generaly because diplomats are assumed to be moderatly rich, or at least their countries are.

Plots may be rented for G5,500 per month.

Thus:
G'oaway:
Sector One (Don'tgonearthe Castle):

Sector Two (Commerical Sector):

Sector Three (Transportation Sector):
Rayverr

Al-Khali:
Sector One (Temple Sector):

Sector Two (Market Sector):

Sector Three (Commercial Sector):
The Resi Corporation (Sort of buisness-center embassy not-really-an-embassy thing)

Psuedopolis:
Sector One (Memorial Sector):

Sector Two (Floral Clock):

Sector Three (Museum Sectors):
Auralinia

Sector Notes:
G'oaway Don'tgonearthe Castle:
DGNT capitol building, quite nice to be near if you have lots of dealings with DGNT.

G'oaway Commercial Sector:
Contains the DGNT equivalent of Wall Street, as well as various other famous American landmarks in New York.

G'oaway Transport Sector:
Its nice to be here if your nation has somewhat...turbid relations with DGNT. The sector contains alot of the cities long range transportation stuff, including the local space-launch platforms.

Al-Khali Temple Sector:
Contains the cities various religious buildings. There is quite alot of blood and such. I have no idea why you might want an embassy here.

Al-Khali Market Sector:
The semi-famous Al-Khali markets, more specificaly the black market, where anything can be obtained, relativly safely. The crimials here know that bullets are expensive, and people who are dead dont bring more money to you.

Al-Khali Commerical Sector:
The bustling economic heart of the DGNT market. All of the semi-legal and legal buisnessess are set up here.

Psuedopolis Memorial Sector:
Contains all the memorials, statues, and so forth to various important people. Alot of them are rebels, because Psuedopolis has been the base for every rebelion in the last 500 years.
Its quite large.

Psuedopolis Floral Clock Sector:
The entire area is a giant floral clock, visible only from the air. Why this was bothered with is a mystery. Its nice most of the year though, since it lacks DGNT's monotonous searing heat/wind.

Psuedopolis Museum Sector:
Lots of various art and culture museums, Psuedopolis is DGNT's big cultural city, and can always use a few more to make things interesting. Possibly there are philosophers running about looking for towels, you never know.

To whomever it may concern:

We of the vesh pij verr are interested in making as many contacts as is feasible for us, and would like to look into the possibility of us setting up an embassy in the Transportation Sector of G'oaway, which would meet our needs quite well. Are there any particular limitations or restrictions we should be made aware of before making any plans? Additionally, we are somewhat at a loss as to what exactly G5,500 translates to in our monetary terms. If it turns out to be overly strenuous on our budget, could we perhaps find alternate forms of payment, in labor or raw materials?

Thank you for your time,

1 GLACRED = 1 US Dollar

We can accept payment in precious metals or other assorted valuables, we have plenty of labour. If this is also impracticle for your nation, we could arrange to aquire a piece of land of equal value in your nation.

The restrictions are fairly obvious and self regulating. Most of them involve common sense (Although Dontgonearthere is aware that many govornment officials in various nations lack this, we are sure they can steal it from somebody), IE: You cant maintain an army inside the embassy, you cant randomly kill peope with a rifle from inside your embassy and so forth.

It is strongly recomended that your personell stay inside the city unless they are traveling for some reason. Getting lost in the 110 degree weather is bad, especialy considering some of the wildlife.

Lastly, in the unlikely event of war or other conflict between our nations, your embassy will have 48 hours to leave

The Kingdom of Auralinia would like to exchange embassies with DGNT. We would like to have ours in the Museum Sector. We have one for you in our capitol of Austin. Please accept our payment of 561,000 USD for a ten-year lease, renewable at the tenth year.

Official Communique from the Resi Corporation:

We'd be quite interested in setting up a corporate branch in the Al-Khali Commerical Sector. Not an embassy, per se, we don't do those. The corporate branch will have a nice PR department to deal with Resi-related issues and pass along the more important issues to the Resi Corporation HQ, in addition to watching over Resian holdings in DGNT. It will also function as a center of business, overseeing the buying and selling of property for commercial and industrial purposes.

So, basically, it's an embassy that works as a business center too. We trust you won't have any problems with this.

Hansien was astounded to find on his desk a report that DGNT still, in fact, existed. As did his cabinet.

"Woah, that's like, crazy, man," declared secretary of state George Dailey. "I thought they were like, not real, you know, not like the big huge purple rabbit standing on your head."

And so Dailey was sent to establish a Zoogiedom embassy in DGNT and make for an embassy exchange. "Yo...DGNT guys...we want an embassy, alright?" Fortunately, Hansien himself was standing by to relieve him.

"Sorry about that. We'd like to establish an embassy in DGNT. Feel free to do the same over here. It doesn't really matter where - wherever's most convenient. Thanks."

Dontgonearthere gladly accepts your offers to exchange embassies.
We will simply put those who did not specify a location in G'oaway DGNT Castle sector.

Sorry, I lost track of this topic >_<)

I have been informed that our budget is not that tight and so we will be more than able to simply pay the indicated monetary cost up front as soon as we arrange some currency exchange--our own mercantile facilities are decidedly lacking, something that the vesh pij verr is attempting to rectify.

Those restrictions, as you say, are matters of common sense and we had not even imagined crossing anything even remotely like them--we will simply be sending a small ambassadorial staff with a small guard and a notably larger trade staff. We will comply with any reasonable requests on your behalf, and hopefully establishing an embassy will result in vibrant new relations between your people and the vesh pij verr.

We look forward to working with you in the future,

Also, it should be noted by all present that Dontgonearthere takes a somewhat more...active approach to any sort of espionage.
We warn you of this because it would be MOST unfourtunate if one of your diplomatic staff was staked upside down to the outside of a citydome for five days.
Naturaly we do not anticipate having to commence in such an activity, knowing that the nations so-far establishing an embassy here are generaly friendly and would not even conisder attempting to spy on Dontgonearthere.
