[Postwar America]NCR starts 'After-School Career' program

After much debate on the slight increase of crime in NCR, the Senate has decided to initiate the 'After-School Career' program. This is an optional program for all NCR children taht after school they can participate in a number of programs which require no signup, just walk in and do. Each program takes about two years to complete. This is to decrease the amount of minority crime in NCR, increase social activity amongst the children and their parents, and build skills they will need for our post-apocolyptic enviroment.

List of after-school activities:

Battle-School-A program that teaches children how to fight unarmed, armed, and function in the NCR army.

School of Rock-A musical after-school program that teaches kids how to play music of all sorts, from ressurected Rock 'n Roll to the classical P-Daddy and 'Nsync.

Ground up-Program designed to teach kids how to run, manage, and be employed at a buisness.

Running to Power-Teaches children how politics work and how to become one

Boy Scouts-Yeah. We revived the BSA. It's now BSNCR.

Girl Scouts-GSNCR ((GS! I found an insult that people can call Green Sun!))

Neighbors-Teaches kids about other cities and settlements in this post-apocolyptic world.
