Bellicose International Powers Alliance

The Bellicose International Powers is an alliance set forth on the beliefs that peace can only come through war. The BIP allows its members to be protected in a world of war. Together, nations will be united in the protection of peace, through war. No matter what diplomacy a nation may have, it is allowed to join the brotherhood of nations within. Join in to keep the peace.

Article I
Upon joining the Bellicose International Powers, the nation must swear that they shall do whatever it takes to protect the peace, no matter to what extent. The BIP supports war, and a nation must be willing to take part in war to be part of the alliance.

Article II
Each nation must contribute atleast 5% of their nations populace to forces within the alliance. The military contributed will solely be used to keep the peace within the BIP guidelines.

Article III
Each nation will support mutual aid to those nations within the alliance that are in great need. To keep the alliance strong, nations give what they can to support a needy nation to continue to fight for the alliance's cause.

Article IV
The structure of the alliance is simple. There are three permenant nations within the high command that can only be changed if they are voted out of the alliance or if they resign from the permenant position. Then, there are five temporary nations that switch out of the high command every three years. Nations that are not on the high command are considered member nations and will eventually become a temporary command nation.

Article V
All juridisction shall be held by a majority vote. If something needs to be passed, there will be a meeting with representatives from all nations within the alliance. Each representative will cast a vote. Majority wins with the exception that the in order for something to be passed, the majority vote has to be atleast three votes above the minority.

Article VI
The alliance will not affect the governing system of the member nations.

Article VII
Nations wishing to be part of the alliance have to be voted in through a simple majority vote.

Article VII
This charter can be amended by a two-thirds majority vote in a general assembly.
