AN - Citizens of Methyr, none of you may leave your homes at this time. If you are in your car, pull over on the street and find a building for shelter. Anyone in the open will be shot and/or arrested. A rogue general by the name of Manu Valtrovsky has just leveled four office buildings and two government buildings in the capital, Azran. Methyrian forces are currently fending the rebels but sources say that more attacks will come. I now hand over the speaking to my top official, General Hauser.

FH - Greetings citizens. I shall only give this warning once. If you are out on the streets and not indoors, you will be seen as an enemy and will be shot. This is for a matter of security. My forces are currently battling off the rebels all over Methyr. You will be safe within your homes. Thank you and that is all.

The Democratic Republic of Shasoria offers our condolences to those who have lost their lives or have been caught in the conflict. We offer Shasorian assistance at your discretion. We hope martial law is pulled from the streets and that the matter is curtly resolved.

The Armed Republic of Methyr honors The Democratic Republic of Shashoria condolences. The fighting has died down and most of the rebel infantry has been fended off. Even though there is a remaining rebel force, General NytDraken makes an appearance on the communication networks across Methyr stating that the forcing to remain within a building has been lifted to all areas of Methyr except the West District of Azran, Methyr's capital. What is left of the rebel force remains there.

The forces of General NytDraken's high command have finished off the remaining rebels, with their leader, ex-patriot General Valtrovsky, captured and sitting in Methyr's maxiumum security prison. He will await trial, the judge being General NytDraken, and the jury, NytDraken's closest officials. There is little hope now for Valtrovsky. :mp5:
