As the fleet of dominion ships came into view of the Cottish Algeria, 3 bright flares were sent up in greeting. On Board of the Flagship, Duke Barol sat restlessly with his aids,
DB: "Finaly, we have arrived. Will there be any problems with the transfer?"
Cheif advisor, Special Agent #001: "You have to learn to trust in allys sir"
Db: "Ive never been in a situation like this before. "
001:"Once we land you will have some matters to attend to, i have taken the liberty of contacting Cotland, we are currently waiting for his response."

Tim Ribbel (envoy from the Cottish Emperor) intercepted the message from Duke Barol and sent the following reply, drafted and signed by the Emperor himself.

In the province capitol (ooc: Can't find the name right now, will edit it in here later), the final Cottish troops prepared to ship themselves home to Cotland. Only a small amount would remain to guard the Cottish Embassy. The embassy was a massive building 11 stories high (17 if you count basements) and came with a 5 acre park.

DB in a message to Cotland: Thank you Cotland, Currently my engineers are still drawing up plans for the new palace. Would you mind supplying a border guard untill my government is fuly set up. I also need to get my troops some field experience, we will discuss the details of that later. I will post my 1st infiltration team to your command for your conflict with Tenesse. The team consists of 50 men trained in espionage and Counter Intelligence. So far their only training have been in a closed location. I will also supply my 2nd covert airwing.

2 Modified B-52 infiltration planse (bombay modified to hold paratroopers)
2 C-130 Transports
1 KC130 air refuling plane

The Empire thanks you for the offer of support, but we have the situation in Tennessee under control and don't need any support.
We will leave one Brigade in Algeria for the time being for border control. They will relocate to Cotland as soon as the Barol forces are operational. Good luck in Algeria
