Admirality Orders:
To Be Distributed to CinCs of the Nolian Fourth and Seventh Fleets:

You are ordered to relocate you're main battle fleets to the waters off the coast of Kraibag. Surface ships and aircraft carriers only. All submarines, transport ships, and landing craft are to remain in port.

Specifics:
Surface vessels are not permitted to enter Kraibag's waters. Aircraft may enter Kraibag's airspace, may not fly over land, may not pass more than five miles into Kraibag's airspace.

Official Policy on Kraibag:
Due to agressive nature of Kraibag's government toward the Empire and our Allies, it has been declared that a state of cold war exists between Kraibag and the Empire of Anglo-Saxon America.

As such, keep in mind the following:
You are to view Kraibag as the enemy.
You are not permitted to take action leading to engagement with Kraibag's forces.
You are permitted to defend you're fleet if engaged by Kraibag's forces.
If first engaged you may then take offensive action. Report immediately to CinC Nolian Fleets for specific orders or changes in orders.

Purpose of Mission:
Due to the threat of terrorism and aggressive actions backed by the government of Kraibag, you are to maintain a presence with the purpose of preventing such actions against our Empire and our Allies.

Furthermore, you are to maintain a forward position in the event that armed conflict begins.

Godspeed and Godbless,
Joseph Bristol, Minister of War
Admiral Martin Scott, CinC Anglo-American Naval Forces

Be advised of the following circumstance:

Due to aggressive actions taken by you're government against our government and those of our allies;

Due to the high threat of terrorism backed by you're government;

Due to a desire to prevent such actions and preserve the peace;

Our government has determined it neccessary to dispatch two fleets from the Nolian naval forces to the waters around you're nation. These surface vessels will not enter you're waters, and aircraft will not enter you're overland air space, nor will they pass more than five miles into you're oversea air space.

These forces include well over 150,000 men on 120 vessels not including aircraft and supporting vessels. Vessels included are some 10 aircraft carriers, 10 battlewagons, 50 cruisers, 50 destroyers, and 50 frigates. Support vessels will also be moving throughout to keep this fleet active. In total support vessels that may be dispatched to the area will number approximately 600 vessels.

Be advised that this force is designed to prevent acts of terrorism and preserve peace. If you're government shares the desire of civilized nations in achieving these goals we ask that you respect there presence and avoid confrontation. We also ask that you withdraw you're support of terrorist actions and you're aggressive action toward our government and the governments of our allies.

Respectfully,
George Birmingham, Minister of Foreign Affairs
Joseph Bristol, Minister of War

Under cover of darkness a missle pad was snuck out to a small, almost indetectable island a mile off-shore. As aircraft flying regular patrols came close, three missles were fired. A few moments later, the aircraft were hit. One pilot managed to escape the missle, maneuvering away. The other two were hit, one killed instantly, the other ejected and sinking slowly toward the icy waters below.

Radar operators aboard the RNS Robert saw the missles seconds before impact with the aircraft. Instantly alarms were sounded and the ship moved to combat mode. The fleet admiral ordered the rest of the Nolian Fourth Fleet to combat mode as well and flash messages were dispatched to New London, Nolia, and the Seventh Fleets flagship.

Checking over charts, fleet command discovered they had an infinitely superior strategic position. Being farther out to sea, they effectively trapped the enemy vessels close into shore. Firing began immediately, with the big battlewagons unleasing a barrage of cannonfire directed at enemy ships as well as shore targets, while destroyers and cruisers began selecting targets for their onboard missles and executing strikes. The aircraft carriers redirected their air-wings toward shore and sea targets and began pounding the enemy naval and land forces tremendously.

The war had finally begun.
