The Aes Sedai are the mystical leaders of the nation of New Endenia, wise and powerful, they lead the people of New Endenia thru its darkest times and now prepares to shoulder the burden of leading the people again in these dark times. A dark vision sighted by the Aes Sedai confirms that dark times are ahead, the ancient records inside the White Tower prophecies of a time where nations will clash with each other in a great war that will shatter the earth and destroy nations that have lasted for decades, one would dismiss such prophecies as mindless rattling if it weren't for the fact that several Aes Sedai blessed with the ability of ForeSight have also seen visions of a great storm brewing over the horizon.
Susan Sedai of The White Ajah walked silently in the halls inside the White Tower, she is of the White Ajah and thus do not mix with any of the other Ajahs unless needed to, barely acknowledging the Guard outside the Armylin Seat office, she knocked on the door and waited. "Enter." Susan Sedai walked in and curtised to the Amrylin Seat. "Mother, the visions have come, the visions of a great war. Everything is falling into place, the prophecies, the visions and the crisis with the IDAF. We must be ready to fight the gathering shadows."
"Yes, I have the visions as well, I am drafting up a military decree as we speak, once again the Aes Sedai must be ready to battle the storm lest it consume us all. Our allies The Merchant Guilds has also begun preparations for war, indeed, prophecy is true....Now go, the decree has been sent out."
Official Military Decree By The Amrylin Seat Of The White Tower
As the storm gathers on the horizon, threatening to destroy us all, I have decreed the following to immediately take effect within the nation of New Endenia.
1.All essential commodities will be immediately stockpiled and stored in secure underground bunkers underneath Haven, Fortress Maya and Salidar.
2.The Tower Guard numbers will be increased immediately and all able bodied men are to report for a draft immediately.
3.All Ambassadors from any nation friendly to the IADF will be asked to depart from Haven and all Aes Sedai Embassies within IADF nations will be withdrawn.
4.Formation of 3 more Elite DRGSs Mech Assault Teams (Shadow, Wind And Fire Companies) will begin immediately and be placed under the Command of The Black Tower.
5.The White AirFleet will begin an immediate upgrading and expanding its airplanes and airships effective immediately.
6.The White Fleet will also begin a massive upgrade and expansion of the ships immediately.
7.The Ban on NBC Weaponry has been lifted and the White Tower will begin acquiring NBC Weaponry immediately to bloster its arms.
8.Construction of Underground NBC Shelters will begin immediately and will provide enough shelter for all citizens of New Endenia.
9.In time of war, the Hall Of Sitters will be suspended and command will be transferred directly to the Amrylin Seat.
10.All Asha'man and Green Ajah Aes Sedai are to report to the Black Tower for preparations of war.
11. Rationing will begin immediately after the war is declared, all rationing orders will come from the Black Tower.
12.The Ban on hiring mercenary forces and assassins has been lifted by the White Tower, all available Mercenaries and Assassins are to report to the Black Tower for immediate hiring.
13.All industries are to go onto War Production mode immediately and begin manufacturing arms and weaponry for the White Army.
14.Martial Law will be in effect when War is declared, the Police Force will be disbanded and replaced by the Oni Gang Spies.
All actions decreeded by the Amrylin Seat is to be in effect immediately, the visions and prophecies point to the fact that a great war is coming and The White Tower will not be caught unprepared.
With the decree proclaimed and verified by the Hall Of Sitters, there is nothing now but to prepare for it. The Amrylin Seat looked at Susan Sedai, "What was your vision?" Susan Sedai looked at the Amrylin Seat and sighed. "I saw a blasted land, a massive storm overhead and there was blood everywhere. A Banner of a Wolf Head, An Iron Cross and our Symbol was tattered and blood soaked. I could see our Aes Sedai fighting against a shadow, their being cut down like flies, the shadows were winning and the darkness was spreading. Then I saw our city enveloped by a great mushroom cloud and the White Tower was destroyed, blood was everywhere as well as dead bodies of our people."
The Amrylin Seat stared at her hard. "I had that same vision, as well as 3 other Aes Sedai, I fear this will be our last battle against the darkness." With that she walked away and went into her office.
