OOC: This in response to the IC de-stabilisation of the World Order by the IADF as it is perceived by the Knights Templar and Guild Foreign Affairs Analysts.
Normally, I have nothing to with Kahta so don’t get it into your head that I somehow sympathise with them.

Far underground in the teeming Guild cities hundreds of millions of slaves worked, they came from hundreds of different nations but were united in two things, a hatred for their Guild overlords and master and their willingness to do anything to escape the bonds of their ‘employment’. Their Guild masters acted as arrogantly as ever striding past them, not even bothering to give them another glance in the sorry state that so many were kept.
That day had been a dark day, the Empire had announced to its people that for the first time for 200 years, the Empire was mobilising its armed forces to Orange Combat level (Level 3 out of 10 possible levels) for a potential total war with a hitherto unknown bloc called the IADF. The reasons that had been given for this drastic move by Imperial Guild officials were the IADF recent actions against previously thought untouchable superpowers such as Kahta and its belligerent announcements about the Imperial allies of the Guilds, whom included the much maligned Right Wing Collective. The Guilds could not let the RWC fall, so many True Catholic powers were within the RWC, it could not be let fall in the name of the Church.
Accordingly, all Guild forces especially the sizeable contingent in Guffingfordii Europe were put on notice to begin war preparations.
The following actions would be undertaken by the Imperial Guilder Authorities:
1. Stockpiling of all major imported commodities is to occur within the Empire.
2. A 1,000,000 Imperial Guilder cash prize is being awarded to any Corporation or Firm, which can produce synthetic agricultural and meat products.
3. Slave buying is to go up to maximum amounts, the Government intends to buy up all healthy lives on sale throughout the world for the creation of purely Slave Legions within the Guild Military, as part of the Ave Maria.
4. All Guild Military bases and embassies within any countries within the IADF will be withdrawn and the building rendered unusable by lacing with Chemical explosives.
5. In the event of war the Corporations will be required to hire their own Mercancery forces from outside the Guild manpower pool. They will not do trade with any IADF nation or related corporation.
6. IGCB recruitment and propaganda activities are to be increased to maximal levels, as many Legions of St. Luke will be created as foreign volunteers can be found for.
7. At the outbreak of war, rationing will take effect through the Guilds, it will last as for long as is necessary.
8. The Imperial Council will act as a War Council to the Emperor.
9. The Templar and Witchunters will concentrate their activities on the IADF nations and all nations whom are directly and indirectly fighting Catholic and RWC forces.
10. The enemies of the Emperor, the Church and the RWC must be dead, enslaved or prisoners to the Temporal Armies of God before this war is at an end.
11. Conscription of Class III and IV citizens may be required.
12. Conscription of IAA and the Imperial Youth members maybe required.
13. Inquisition Guard units are to be formed to carry out additional Religious Police duties behind the lines rather than Guild personnel.
14. Any Guilder may inflict what he or she likes to any IADF citizen or soldier without any interference from authorities (i.e. no rights).
15. All citizens of the IADF and any nation directly involved in fighting against the Emperor, Church and the RWC will be considered under Guild law to be the property of the RWC, they will be distributed at a later date.
16. All Churches are to begin preaching about the inferiority and ungodliness of the IADF citizens.
17. The Templar will construct Black books per nation, of well known War Criminals, Heretics and Heathens, who must be put to the stake or executed in some way in a timely manner.
18. Purchasing new heavy armaments for Imperial Guild Defensive projects.
19. The expansion of the Imperial Guild Navy, by as much as is required and possible.
20. The expansion of the Imperial Guild Air Legions, as much as is required and possible.
In general, the actions would be implemented as soon as is possible… since a war was thought to be a foregone conclusion in the near future.
