"Hello." the reporter said is a nice sweet voice
"Today a murder that has killed 200 people he is on trial. We now bring you to the trial."
The court was marble and had a stalute of a judge that set up the courts in Soviet Leaders the court could have 50 people in there max there were tons of people outside to see the start of the trial.
Then the defence attorney walked in he sat down on the chair. Then the Prosacution(Sp?) sat down and got ready. Then the client to the defence came in in chains he sat down then about 5 seconds the judge came in and everyone stand there then the judge said "Sit Down." everyone sat down the judge started to speek in a lound voice "This is the Frist day of the trial." He looked at the jury "YOU WILL NOT LOOK AT ANY OTHER SOURCES BUT WHAT YOU HEAR IN THIS COURT ROOM DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!" The jury were almost pissing on them selfs. Now it was the opening statement for the Prosacution then the Prosacution walked up and said "Hello members of the jury you will hear what mean things this guy did I will make a contract with you that you will hate this guy there will be no way this guy is not guilty."
he steped back to his desk and sat down. Then the Defence steped up and he said "I will give you 100% of the facts my client is not guilty he wouldn't kill a fly he is a butist." The Prosacution was going to call there first witness
"I will call Dr.Fred John to the stand" Fred walked up and sweard to tell the truth then he sat down the Prosacution ask him:
Q:"Did you work on the crime scene?"
A:"Yes."
He held up a picture of the crime scene the picture was taken right after they got there and the blood of the victum was on the bed and it look like someone used a rifle.
Q: "Is this a picture of the crime scene right after you guys got there? Also what was the weaponed used?"
A:"Yes, The murder weapon he used was not a rifle used by civizens it is used by are military."
"That is all i have for the witness"
the defence walked up
Q:"Did you find any finger prints on the weapon and of whos?"
A: "Yes they belong fredrick,Kov."
I am done with this witness.
the Prosacution called up Seg.Markal he sweared to tell the truth he sat down
Q:"Was Kov in the army."
A:"Yes"
Q:"Did he have clearence to a RIL 46 snaper ?"
A:"Yes he did."
the judge said "That is the end of the trial today we will begin tomarrow."
