The Hawaiian Islands would like to tell the public that it is changing to Communist to DemoCommunism. DemoCommunism is both Democracy and Communism combined. Citizens may vote for new leaders, governors, and even laws. But the Communism allows the leader to have the power of most Communist countries can do. Take whatever they want.
