It has come to my attention that several "superpower coalitions" have spawned recently, in an attempt to limit war. This may better the general state of our world, but it does not help the little man.

I propose to begin a new defensive pact between nations with less than 50 million. This is in no way threatening larger nations, but to strengthen trade and relations between like countries.

IF INTERESTED: Wire me your message through private telegram. Terrorist or rogue countries need not apply. Capitalists and Communists: both are welcome, both must get over eachother if they agree to treaty terms.

As a representative of the citizens of the Seperatist States, a mere 5 million, I will join your proposed coalition in order to combat the threatening powers of oppresive regimes. Remember, though, that the people of MY confederation come before anyother nation's people. I will abandon your coalition if the slightest danger is possibly to my nation.

OCC: Wow, what a great ally to have... Anyways, Im sure this alliance will be picked on the most since many nations in NS have morbid fascination with picking on those much smaller than themsleves.

Once we get a Secretary of War position in our British Overseas Territories, currently 20+ nations, I will propose that we announce small nation pact as a collective initiative.
