Utappia Denies Suspicious Troop Movement

Today, reports from several intelligence agencies indicate that Utappia, a economicly powerful nation located on the moon, has begun to redistribute its troops and launch systems.
Extrpolation of the most recent data indicates that within approximately 24 hours, it will be possible for Utappia to launch a rapid strike on the region of the Glorona Gulf, a longstanding rival of the Utappia's native region of Moon Cow. With no need to cross international boundries, Utappian deployed defense pods would be able to cross the gulf of space in a short amount of time.
Utappia has attributed the military movements to troop excercises, and denies any possibility of invasion, but that still does not explain the sudden dissapearance of Moon Cow tourists from the region.
