After annexing all other nations in it's region with the exeption of Richtonia, which has fled to the safety of a new region, the Chancellor of Kelgrad announced today that the military would be revamping it's acceptance standards. Now all men are required to join either the People's Army or the Royal Kelgrad Air Force at the age of 14, and must stay in the service until their 40th birthday. These new standards will swell the military's ranks from the current 7,000,000 enlisted men to more than 300,000,000, almost 3/5 of the population.
