From the FPCB, a feed from the bombed out city of Brasilia shows an older man with a large beard speaking into a camera, showing the scene as the skies light up with bombs and light from the front line of the Incan War.
"This is Dr. Felix Emanuel Portal bringing you news at the front for Brasilian freedom.
A day of infamy marks the Afrikaan imperialist aggression against our nation, when our capital Brasilia lays in ruins. A day of infamy, where there was no discretion or empathy. Internationally banned wepaons such as napalm were used against civilians, women, children, no one was spared."
