1) Czar Sam Fabus will remain in power, but he will be limited by a new Khatan constitution which must incorporate the following elements:

a) The Czar's power will be limited to authority regarding internal affairs.
b) The Czar will maintain control over the military of Khata for deployments outside the nation.
c) All other affairs will be governed by a Senate or some form of legislative body which will be responsible to the people through regular elections made available to all Khatan citizens.
d) No governmental funds, laws, or other policies may be established for the benefit of any racial or religious group.

2) The Khatan military is to limit itself to 50,000 ICBM's, with no more than 3 warheads each.

3) The Khatan military will destroy 25% of it's Chemical and Biological weapons stores and will limit funding for further NBC development and production to 3/4ths it's original amount.

4) A De-Militarized Zone will be established in Kahta no less than 30 miles from the all countries that border Kaha. This DMZ will be maintained by Kahtan troops. The DMZ however, will be paid for by both Communist Louisiana and Khata.

5) IADF nations agree not to attack Kahta

If these conditions are broken, it is preposed that a full economic, diplomatic and/or military blockade be mandated by all IADF nations to restore Khata to the conditions of this treaty, using all force short of war.

Im not signing a deal that would have me paying for you to have troops in the DMZ. Thats just plain dumb. In that case, can I put short range ICBM's in the DMZ? You would probably say no wouldnt you.

I would like everyone to know, that though we are not in IDAF, we are allied with several people who are. Thus, I urge our allies to refuse to sign this treaty. All it allows is the evil, imperialist, and racialist regime of Kahta and the Fabus' to survive without paying for their crimes against humanity. That, my friends, is unfair to the thousands the Fabus' have killed using institutionalised hatred.
