Emperor Kacin was a happy Emperor, the war in Vladachek was over, and the occupation had begun, soon enough they would be named a colony of Dracun. Yet this had nothing to due with the current meeting involving the heads of the SIL, his personnel security force.
They sat at a very large black table, with leather chairs. As of now the head of the O.T. (Observation of tourists) department was giving his normal boring report. Kacin tried very hard to pay attention; he almost fell asleep several times however. Suddenly something he said caught his interest, "They however cannot and should not be dismissed as possible spies."
"What was that?" Kacin asked, suddenly up, awake, and aware.
"I said-"
"No what do you mean?"
"Oh, forgive me your lordship, I mean that the tourists here should be treated as possible spies, even those that have attained citizenship-"
"Why is that?" Kacin asked, his brow curled up in curiousness.
"Well, simple with our nation becoming more and more involved in the affairs of the world, people will want spies in our nation-"
"That's it, I want every single tourist or foreign citizen out of my country! " He said hissing the last two words like venom.
"What if they don't leave?"
"Kill them" He smiled, "Meeting dismissed!"

"Hello ladies and gentlemen, I am Maria Janson, and here is your nation tonight, today a massive deportation has begun. All foreign citizens or tourists have been ordered to leave the country or face death. They have exactly 72 hours to comply with the demand before the search and kill operations are commenced by the Security Imperial Legion. In other news scientists believe the egg came before the rooster...."
