Dear sir,

On behalf of the Empire of Cotland, I wish to offer my appologies for the theathening and insults thrown towards Kriegorgrad. As a sign of good will, we will decrease the military alert status to normal and respect your 20 nautical mile territorial waters. It is in both the Empire and the Collective Oligarchys best interest to maintain peaceful relations.

We respect the Kriegos state, and wish to make it clear that the Minister of Defence, who were in command while the Emperor and the rest of the government were on vacation to Sicily, were temporarily insane when he made the accusations. He have been delt with.

Again, I appologize.

Kriegorgrad forgives Cotland for these actions and is glad you respect the sovereignty of Kriegos waters and hopes to uphold amicable relations with the Empire of Cotland. We will respect Cotland's waters and give them a twenty mile berth even if less is required, as a sign of good will.
