Today President Michael Feldinchii was sent to a undisclosed hospital after his right Kidney's failure. When he entered the hospital, his left Kidney had begun adheaving. Doctors have released little information. All we do know is both of the President's kidneys are being removed, and he'll be put on a dialisis machine. This will affect his presidential life, and at the age he is ( 73 Years old ), the doctors fear he will not live much longer.

OOC: Yes, I am killing off the evil dictator jack ass who likes to be militaristic with about everything. I will have to change a lot about my nation, especially the Civil Rights. But I am keeping Political Freedoms outlawed. Now, lets all cry and worry for my dictator!

Shortly after his surgery, the President's Daughter ( Diana, age 50 ), and his Grand Daughter ( Ashley, age 23 ) with her husband ( Captain Michael Harrison, age 28 ) came to visist. Shortly after there visitation, the President's blood pressure quickly rose at a dangerous rate, and had a catastrophic heart attack. The Doctors say there is a indication of a serious stroke that just may throw this President into a Comma, and possibly his death.

Hours after the President's hear attack, more news was released. The doctors state that the Dictator is in a Comma, and the state his health is in is verry verry poor. They expect his body to just " give up " in 2 days. (OOC: Yes, 2 RL days btw ).

Diana, daughter of the President, will be giving her own speach in due time.

The Empire of Cotland will watch this development closely, and wish to book front-row seats for the Emperor and his entourage in the Presidents funeral, whenever it may be.

The Dragon-Premier pondered the situation for a moment. "I wonder.....yes, of course, I shall attend his funeral personally. Inform them that I will sorely miss him, and it would be an honour for me to pay my last respects."

Official Communique from NeoSuun Zhonghua to The Imperial Dictatorship of Mercetonia:

We have heard news of your President, and wish to convey our deepest condolences. The Dragon-Premier wishes to attend the funeral, in order to pay his final respects; he will travel with a small entourage.

The custom made Concorde (VC-110C) landed at the airfield in Mercetonia and taxied to the runway. Inside the luxurious Concorde were the Emperor of Cotland, his aides, military advisors and bodyguards, no less then 50 persons (including 24 bodyguards).

As the Concorde came to a stop at the tarmac, a flightstair came and 6 bodyguards came outside to check the area before they could allow the Emperor to depart the plane. Once outside though, the Emperor smiled and waved to the cameras before greeting the official at the end of the stairs.

OOC: Btw, I am planning on hosting this Funeral in Tokyo, Japan. Because me and Hawdawg have officially traded, so why not?

Diana changes the Nation into a Republic, she resigns as being the Nation's first Empress, then her son-in-law, Captain Michael Harrison, is made Emperor. So yea, this is supposed to be a Japanese Empire soon, and it will seem wierd to have a Germanic blooded guy rule a Japanese Empire, but why not? Anyways, today marks the day when Pyschotika changes from a Evil based Dictatorship to a Benovelent Imperial Republic. And the name changes too, notice Pyschotic in Pyschotika, and notice Mercy in Mercetonia. :). Anyways, I am happy this is progressing because this is going to be a huge part of my nation.

Act II: The death of a man spawns a single rose of freedom.

Imperial Speech

* Diana had spent most of her day griefing her father's death, but she knew that now, being the new leader, she had to make a speech. She had a formal assembly at Mercetonia's new capital, Tokyo Japan. Thousands of people crammed into streets, huge Televisions on buildings, even TVs in television shops were all showing the speech live. Diana walked up the 3 step stairs to the stage and onto the podium. Security could be seen everywhere, Special Forces were staged on almost every rooftop and in almost every building that was deemed possible for any form of assasin to fire any form of rifle at the new leader. *

* Diana looked around, thousands and thousands of Mercetonians stood in the streets gazing at her, wondering what she had to say. Almost every single one of them wondered as of what was happening with President Feldinchii. She took a sigh, then began to speak. *

Today, as many of you know, our proud leader Michael J. Feldinchii was registered at a hospital while visiting Tokyo, Japan. As he got off the plane, he had immediatly fallen down. Immediatly a hospital helicopter was called in, and he was picked up. When he arrived at the hospital, the doctors began immediate search as to what was wrong with the President. Early this afternoon, they had released news that his left kidney had begun to adheave, and his right one had " utterly failed ". Later that day, as I and my family was visiting him in his hospital room, he began talking. He was saying things that didn't make much sence, of course the doctors says this is because he had probably recieved Alzheimer's syndrome. Well, shortly after he was talking, he suddenly had a catastrophic heartattack that through him into a comma. He is currently on a dialisis machine, and his heart's strength is fading gradually. I am here to report to you this fine later afternoon that...that..he is dead. The cord was pulled as a hour ago, and he died peacefully. * Diana's voice began to get a little cracky, and salt tears could be seen. She wiped her cheaks, and began to ending of the speach. *He is to have a Funeral tonight. Now, upon the President's death, I have recieved power over the nation. I have decided to undo some things he has sat. Tonight marks the reintroduction of some Civil Rights, and a change in Government. Tonight, we are no longer known as The Dictatorship of Pyschotika, we are now known as The Imperial Republic of Mercetonia. And I am to be marked as Mercetonia's first Empress. That is all I have to say. Thank you all for attending this speach.

* Diana turned around, and her daughter and son-in-law both embraced her as comfort. They all three walked down off of the stage and into a Limo. They were to arrive at there personal quarters, change there clothes, and to greet other leaders at the gathering before the funeral. *

The An-225 Mriya touched down on Mercetonian soil, carrying Dragon-Premier Chiisu Suun to a rare foreign visit. His entourage was respectfully small; his chief bodyguard Tian Yao, Foreign Minister Rongyi Bei, and a handful of Howling Tigers. The group descended the flightstair clad in formal attire; the Howling Tigers in their black-and-white gong fu suits, Rongyi in a blue eternity jacket and black trousers, Tian in a black mandarin suit and finally Chiisu in a white silk ceremonial robe.

Once on the ground, the delegation shared some pleasantries with the greeting officials.

We would like to send our condolences to the family of your departed leader, as well as the entire nation he ruled. The Sultan wishes he could attend, but cannot leave Bahrain due to the Soviet agression, but his wife Sharina and heir Hiraz would like to attend the funeral. They are currently in Cotland, where they are safe. We would also like to wish the best of luck to the new government.
