The Wartenweiller empire will not accept such threats, and will be more than glad to not only blockade planeta terra's waters but also to declare war on that country if it doesn't accept the following requests:
1) Stop threating other nations
2)Get rid of it's army to a 100,000 units army
3)Give all the countries part of its merchant fleet
4)Pay homage to the Axis region.

If planeta terra does not accept this proposals the whole Axis region will stomp it!

Offical statement from Nellisland government:

We do not appreciate the threat from Planeta Terra. However that does not give the right to make those demands...Wartenweiller. All we want is for you to retract your threats and we will consider opening relations with you. We will also make sure that certain nations to not take this too far.

Our message is not a threat, it is merelly a request for trade with other nations.
We are a peacefull nation, and we are trying to establish diplomatic relations with everyone else.

Nevertheless, we have a strong military force, and most important, we have the more advanced shield known to mankind covering our entire Region.

Every vehicle that tries to enter our territory or our airspace without permission will be destroyed as soon as it gets close to it.

We are interested in suplying our technology to other regions for a reasonable amount, but all the nations that join Planeta Terra will automatically be protected by our shield.
