The lights dimmed. A man stood on a stand, and spot lights shown down upon him "Who Wants to be a Millionare?" style.. Behind this man, massive monitors flickered on Their bright glow bathing the audiance in a rainbow of colors. On one, the applicants for the council positions. On the other, a large bar graph, with precentages next to each bar. One bar for each applicant. So far, the bars and numbers all read zero. That would soon change with the much anticipated voting phase of the new WTO leadership.

Through the many microphones which surrounded him, the man spoke an a classic announcer style voice.

"Ladies, Gentlemen, and other transgendered species, we are all gathered here to witness the opening phase of voting that will be open to the world. We all know that much of the world might not even like the options...but that's what our kill bots are for!"

The man paused for effect, and continued.

"Now, let the voting begin!"

The man looked up, behind him, at the boards.

"Well, it looks like we've got 1 vote for Ramissle. By..." The man squinted up, and shouted. "HIMSELF!! GO Ramissile!"

The man looked at the other bars.
"And looks like the The Macabees followed suit!"

Another person walked up to the stage, and quietly spoke into the man's ear. The man's expression was quite surprised, but looked genuinly excited.

He immediately turned to the mics and announced.

"It looks like that our humble WTO voting room will be graced with the the presence of Kyanges's famed magical girl, Mamimi! She's been quite helpful with bumping Kyanges's neglected topics back to life in recent years, and has gathered quite a little cult following in Kyanges."

A third monitor flickered on. This time, it displayed random images of the "Magical Girl Mamimi".

The man announced, "And there's some pictures of her now! Enjoy!"

The man glanced back at the main monitor to the bar chart. His eyes grew wide.

"Woah, it certainly looks like Praetonia has a VERY strong lead so far. This is turning out to be one close match for Ramissle and The Macabees so far. Though, at least the way things stand now, they'll probably end up in the top three, and earn a seat in the WTO's Council chamber. Shtrong showing so far guys!"

The man quickly glanced back at the monitor of Mamimi. Somehow, the fan service was just too much to ignore for him.

{What a perv.} thought one member of the audiance.

The voting had gone on for only about 10-15 minutes, yet the vote just kept coming.

"Well, here's the rundown so far, Ramissle and The Macabees are surrently still tied with three votes each, Lachenburg recieved it's first vote only momnets ago, and Generic Empire seems to have jumped up two vote in the last few mintues. Praetonia still hold a strong lead so far with six votes. Meanwhile, Huntaer seems to have no luck what so ever, and is stuck with zero votes. Ouch, too bad Huntaer."

The man walked back up to the stand, on the second day of voting.

"Only three more days of voting remains, and Praetonia seems to still be in the lead. Now with seven votes!. Ramissle, and The Macabees currently hold three each. If things stay like this, then The Macabees, Ramissle, and Praetonia will each hold a seat on the Council floor as Prime members along with WTO leader Kyanges. Come on people, let's have your vote!"

After Momanguise spoke, the man simply satred at him for a second, and quickly said,

"Hmmm... that's an interesting way to put it... We could use that kind of materialistic attitude in the WTO to some extent. Would you be interested in joining at all?"

The man glanced at the massive holo-monitors behind him.

"Okay, so we've got puppets galore here... Hey people, this is a public poll! Not some puppet spam fest! Whoever's used puppets up to this point, you know who you are, and I'm going to have to redo this poll if it continues! So please, don't let it go on!"

The man was red faced by now, and took a pause for a breather.

"In any case, the poll results are as follows, Praetonia still holds an undeniable lead with almost fifty percent of the votes in total. Ramissle and The Macabees , are now once again tied after The Macabees held a brief lead of four votes to three. Both Lachenburg and Generic empire have gained one vote each since yesterday and they remain possible winners in this four day election. Huntaer, meanwhile seems to have absolutely NO love from the world, and still sits at zero votes after nearly 20 hours of voting. Tough luck Huntaer."

John Amner played with the voting machine for a while, figuring out how it worked. He was unsure whether it registered the vote he wanted, but a little screen came up that said "Vote counted," so he was content. Fortionatly, the screen showed that he did indeed vote for whom he wanted, but that still left him with the question of how in the world he did it...

"Oh, it's on now! Praetonia now regaining a significant percentage of the vote, while Ramissle and Generic empire still hold it neck and neck. The Macabees is quickly catching up to Praetonia with with only four votes to go if he hopes to tie with him. This should be starting to get exciting for those who have been monitoring this. As for those who haven't, the kill-bots will come soon enough, don't you worry. Haha!"

The man overheard Ramissle's loud announcment, and seemed to get all excited. "Did somebody say COOKIE?!?!"

Yarr! And what's more, even without Nellisland's promiscuous use of puppets I still won. :)

The man stepped up back towards the stand and faced the audience. Once again, massive spot lights shown down upon him from a ceiling beyond view. Behind him, the huge holo-projectors displayed the results of vote just ended. The winners were clearly visible on the screen. Praetonia, The Macabees, and Generic empire had all won a seat of influence, a seat of prestige, a seat...of power. At least, in the economic sense. These nations were now a part of the WTO's Governing council.

"Well, the facts don't lie, these nations have now won a spot on the WTO council. Congratulations, Praetonia, The Macabees, and Generic empire! ACcording to the latest, the first issue to be dealt with by this new council will be about the war powers of the WTO leader, Kyanges. The coucil will convene in the new coucil area located in the new WTO forums. Thank you, an congratulations once again!"
