To Whom it may concern:
The Sultan of Acrimoni has authorized me, his minister of defence, to allocate funds into drawing up a contract for the construction of a new MBT. We would like to purchase 25 A-1x battle tanks from anyone willing to develope them for us. The specifications are as follows:
Top speed of 45 mph
CC speed of at least 30 mph
Acceleration (0-30) of 10 sec or better
Crusing range of at least 260 miles
140mm main gun (smoothbore)
12 foot long barrel
coaxial Machine Gun
coaxial Javelin anti-air missle launcher
Ground clearance of 20 in
Hydro Kinetic Transmission
Will be willing to pay 5 mil for each tank and negotiate R&D costs.
