Neuvo Rica

The gigantic AN – 124 ‘Ruslan’ which was rendered in the markings of the Irkutsk air transport brigade began to drop in altitude. Below the aircraft was the city of Ashgabat. In the streets below flashes from the fights between Neuvo Rican paratroopers (who had been dropped by the previous flight) and mobs of looters could be seen. The undercarriage was extended, and the aircraft prepared to land for the troops on board there were several thuds as the wheels hit the ground. The first troops get out of the side of the aircraft and run towards the terminal buildings. A few hundred yards away sporadic gunfire can be heard, probably from AK 47s. The massive nosecone groans as it folds back and two metal tracks are extended. From the aircraft, trucks carrying parts of pack artillery begin to disembark. Two Kamov KA- 50 helicopters are also unloaded.
The AN – 124 is quickly cleared from the runway, as up in the clouds the lights of another AN – 124 and two AN – 70 aircraft can be seen. The two AN – 70 aircraft unload 300 troops each, who quickly move into the city to secure the place in the wake of the Parthian departure.
As the day progressed more and more flights from Irkutsk and Ust Ordinsky, and the radios buzzed similar news from Dushanbe and Bishkek. BMP – 4 APCs were now starting to arrive and by dusk the gunfire in the city had silenced. As tanks and helicopters start to arrive and similar bridgeheads are established in other large towns the Neuvo Rican 9th army exerts control over Turkmenistan. Meanwhile in Kyrghzstan and Uzbekistan the 10th Army conducts similar operations.
In Dalian, the capital of Neuvo Rica the armed forces ministry orders engineer units to the newly captured territories in central asia to start building an infrastructure.
