Hello, my fellow national leaders. I wish to invite you all to join a region known as Schnorbitzville.
This region was created after a vote showed who people would most want to have as leader of the world, and Schnorbitz the dog came out in first place - a landslide with 43 votes, against the 20 of his nearest rival, George Bush.
So now, please do feel free to come and join our 'continent'. It is a collection of relatively small islands, only two of which are currently inhabited. A free ferry service operates three times daily to link the member islands, and new joiners are welcome to take advantage of it.
